KURT FETTER, FOUNDER

Founded upon a 12-year career advising investors and business owners, Kurt Fetter
launched Zenith Capital to offer his clients a broader scope of sophisticated services to
address their evolving needs.

Kurt’s vision for a full-service private equity and wealth management firm originated after
working for larger institutions where it was often difficult for business owners and investors
to accomplish their most pressing financial objectives through one dedicated relationship.

Predicated upon best-in-class guidance and disciplined execution, Kurt works with clients
all over the country to facilitate capital raises, business succession, and wealth
management as they approach their most critical apexes in life and business

Prior to founding Zenith, Kurt served as a Senior Portfolio Advisor at Merrill Lynch (now
Merrill) where he helped his clients create investment theses focused on their future
liquidity events. Kurt began his advisory career with Lincoln Financial where he worked
with successful farm families on the East Coast and in the Midwest to address their long-
term wealth planning amidst running capital-intensive businesses.

While playing Division I Lacrosse, Kurt earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Butler
University in Indianapolis, IN and went on to complete his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting
at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

Kurt lives in Buffalo, NY with Jessica and their two girls Sofia and Liliana.
