• Mahlamba Ndlopfu,

Upgrading & Maintenance of the Presidential Residence in Pretoria.

• North South Carrier Pipeline for Botswana Government. **

An over 300km long pipeline project with ± 4.5MW pump stations, control and
instrumentation to supply raw water from the north of Botswana to Gaborone and
the point along the way.

• Zeekoegat Waste water Treatment Plant. **

Upgrading and extensions to the existing Zeekoegat
waste water treatment plant with variable speed
aerators to control the process.

• Rainbow Junction.

A 200ha development in the Pretoria north, consisting of residential units, commercial units, light industrial units.

• Vaalkop Water Treatment Plant, **

Upgrading of 120ml/d Vaalkop Water Treatment Plant. The existing plant, control
and SCADA are also upgraded The VSD driven raw water and High lift pumps
are controlled to maximise the output of the plant, while controlling the energy
demand to be as energy efficient as possible.

• Steilloop Shopping Centre

Complete electrical installation and bulk
supply to the New 12 000 m² shopping centre
in Limpopo Province.

• West End Office Park ( Centurion)

11kV Bulk supply, Internal distribution and reticulation to buildings. Base
and tenant installations for buildings and specialist data installation for IEC.
30 000 m² of Office building.

• Platinum mall, shopping centre.

Complete electrical installation and bulk supply to the new 30 500m2 shopping centre in Brits

• Lighting of N1 Bypass, section of Pretoria,

Freeway lighting and lighting of the on- and off-ramps for the
