EXPERIENCE
IS THE KEY
State Ulity Contractors, Inc. is an Unlimited, Unclas-
sified General Contractor that is 100% employee
Owned and Operated. We are recognized in the Con-
strucon Industry as a leading and reputable firm
in the southeastern region of the United States. We
began operaons in early 1985, our principals consist
of key management personnel of Dickerson Ulity, Inc.,
the ulity construcon enty of the Dickerson Group.
Our construcon experience and management phi-
losophies predate the Company’s formaon by nearly
twenty years. Over the years, we have been commied
to providing our clients with an excellent product by
operang efficiently with integrity.
Our most important strength is our employees, the ma-
jority of our employees have been with the company
on average for nearly 20 years. Since we are a 100%
Employee Owned Company, the employees take pride
in performing their work realizing that they ARE the
Company.
Due to the experience of our employees, our next
important strength is our ability to SELF-PERFORM our
Work. While other construcon firms rely solely upon
Subcontractors, fortunately over the years we have
been able to develop skilled crasmen that allow us to
perform, on average, nearly 60% to 75% of our projects
ulizing our own forces. This is an example of where
our people give us an advantage over our compeon.
Who we are....
What is our Mission.... www.SUContractors.com

opportunies for our personnel and a fair
return on our share holders’ investment.
A WINNING PHILOSOPHY
We believe that the ulmate goal of each construcon
project is for that project to be mutually beneficial to
all pares involved. Open communicaon, cooperaon
and mutual respect for each party’s strengths and re-
sponsibilies are the surest routes to realizing that ul-
mate goal. Along with our strength of our employees,
