(If your answer is NOTHING, go ask friends and family and write everything they say here)

What captivates YOU but other people find boring or strange?

(think of everything and start doing and being that every day)

After you answer these questions choose the words that express what YOU are
feeling and leverage that everyday. If those words are not positive LET ME KNOW

uncovered by daring to BE YOU everyday even if it means turning your back on

everything you once knew to be true to you.

What activities cause YOU to completely loose track of time?

(judging oneself is something that often comes from this question . Try not to fall prey to it)

What makes YOU happier than anything else?

(try to fight the urge to say "my kids")

When YOU have time - or if you had it - what are you doing? and Why?

(think of the things you do or would do with your free time and why)

What is great about YOU? With what do you struggle the most?

(list everything that comes up, don't think too hard about it. Be spontaneous and genuine)

Now this is the good part.

DECLARE YOUR FUTURE INTENTION

Once you have it all figured out when it comes to WHO YOU ARE, at least for now,
because we are always evolving, you are ready to create your declaration for your

future intention.

The goal here is to use this statement, or craft your own, to say to yourself every
day, whenever you have a moment that defies you and/or your true, higher, self.

Saying it in your head, or out load, will help YOU demand to your brain to always be
you.

Of course we all need to live in society, but being YOU is always a possibility in some
way or another.

Right now, or after you craft your statement - if that is your wish - say it out loud 3
times, or more, and repeat it again every day before you go to bed and after you

wake up

FINAL THOUGHTS

Notice how many times I put the word "YOU" in evidence?

The goal is for you to feel like you are the most important person in the world, you
are the one that matters the most, not in an egocentric way but in a
"I respect and honor myself" way.

It is not selfish to think about us and improve on who we are.
The more in tune you are with you and the stronger the connection between your
mind and your heart is, the more you can be happy and make the people around you

happy effortlessly.

Have you ever seen someone smiled or laugh and all you could do was doing the
same as well? We humans are wired to seek and feel happiness and pleasure. We
often forget about it, but it's your job to strive to never loose this important aspect

of your soul.

And if you ever needed permission to do the inner work without feeling bad, guilty,
ashamed, or any other negative emotion, CONSIDER IT DONE.
