Greetings to my classmates, family and friends:
It’s Time! “WE Made IT” to celebrate our 50th Class of 1969 Reunion.
It is a blessing and honor to be here with my classmates to celebrate this “monumental
occasion.” I truly feel honored to serve as your chairperson. To have the opportunity to
work with the Co-chair Ronnie W. Stephens and Benjanin J. Andrews has been a pleasure.
We would also like to thank Robert and Loretta Williams, Shirley Carr-Williams, Edith
Thomas, Florice Kendrick-Carlton, Deborah Gary, Johnny Clark, Walker Malone,
Linda Fallin-Smith and Ernest Derrico. Without their hard work, and dedication,
none of this celebration and excitement would be realized. I applaud each committee
member! Thank You! I also thank each Attendee who came out to share these lasting
memories.
We are forever Mustangs! “Once a Mustang, Always a Mustang.” Be ready to embrace
classmates and friends you have known for 50 years or more since kindergarden and/or
elementary school. Our intention is to keep you entertained and safe.
We hope this fun-filled weekend will be an everlasting memory for you to share
with your classmates, family and friends. We the committee have truly done our very
best to make this an memorable reunion.
May God bless each and everyone of you, and may everyone return home safe and sound.
For the classmates that were not able to attend this occasion, let us keep them in our
prayers.
Sincerely,
Linwood Thomas - Chairman
Ronnie W. Stephens – Co-Chairman

Class Day Song
(Melody: “Auld Lang Syne”)
Should high school days be all forgot
And all be left behind?
Should teachers fade from memories,
And all be lost to mind?
And all be lost to mind classmates.
And all be lost to mind?
Should dear old days of happiness,
And all be lost to mind?
Should dear old days of happiness,
And all be lost to mind?
No, we’ll remember all our friends,
And all our teachers too,
And Keep in mind sweet memories,
And high school days renew.
We’ll never forget, classmates.
We’ll never forget.
We’ll think of where we always met,
And never forget.
