share information on their giving practices.

Enhancement Initiative. This report detailed the current economic impacts of the University, as well as a
look at the qualitative impacts provided by a knowledge economy. The growth in these impacts due to the
University's Research Enhancement Initiative were a key factor in the report.

Retained by McCarran International Airport to create an economic impact report detailing the direct,
indirect, and induced employment, wages, and economic output generated by the airport. This analysis

Retained by Cox Communications to create an economic and fiscal impact report of Cox Enterprises in
Nevada. The analysis focused on employment, wages, and economic output as well as the evaluation of
the direct, indirect, and induced impacts. The analysis included the impact of operations, visitation, and
construction within the state.

Created an economic impact report for Downtown Project, detailing the economic impacts of construction,
renovation, investments in startups, investments in small businesses, and major events.

Created an economic and fiscal impact report for Utah's energy and mining industries, discussing the fiscal
and economic impact for resource extraction, refinement, and energy production within the state.

Created an Excel model detailing the anticipated economic benefits of a stadium and convention center
expansion in the local economy. This model was pivotal to the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure
Committee in quantifying the impacts of the proposed developments as they prepared their
recommendations for the Nevada State Legislature.

Created an economic and fiscal impact report for Genting Resorts World Las Vegas, a proposed multi-
billion resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The report and accompanying model included construction,
operation, and visitation impacts that accounted for the international demographic Genting anticipated to
attract with its programming at the site.

Retained by the City of Henderson to create an Excel model allowing their Redevelopment Agency to
rapidly estimate economic impacts of potential new businesses for the city. This model had to be both
thorough enough to cover all industries and easy enough for staff to use.

Developed a model for the City of Reno detailing the impacts of Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB).
This model utilized assumptions on population growth, city employee growth, revenues and city budget,
and property taxes to create a pro-forma of the general fund, with implicit and explicit OPEB expenditures,
forecasted for 9 years to assist the city in its long-term expense management of its retiree obligations.

From 2014 to 2015, wrote two recurring newsletters, the High Net Worth Report and Economic Briefing for
Nevada State Bank. Both covered a variety of topics and often required extensive research and analysis to
reach conclusions.

Retained by Clean Energy Project to review and analyze the economic impacts of changes to Nevada's
Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS). The RPS dictates how much energy electric providers must
generate, acquire, or save from renewable or efficiency sources. The status quo and three alternatives
were compared, and included the construction impact, operations and maintenance impact and a negative
rate impact were summed to create a total impact for each potential alternative. Additionally, fourteen
possible scenarios for fuel prices, renewable sale legislation, and potential carbon taxes were evaluated
for each alternative, with economic impacts generated for each combination of scenario and alternative, or
a total of 42 potential economic impacts.

From 2013 to 2015, created and wrote a quarterly update 'The Nevada Housing Stability Index' for the 3/4
Nevada Department of Business and Industry. The index considered 12 indicators in its measurement of
whether the housing market across the state was stable. It offered analysis of the positive signs, the
negative signs, and an overview of the housing market.
