Revitalise yourself by coaxing tired, aching, sore muscles back to wellbeing with the
magical power of human touch.

MASSAGE
Our natural pure massage oils are a blend of healthful, edible plant products.
Massage Options can range from, 30 minutes to 90 minutes
Our massage styles include, but are not limited to;
• Relaxation (Swedish) – Long slow movements to calm the body and mind, combined with
kneading and tapping motions to reduce muscle tension, leaving you feeling re-energised.
• Remedial / Deep Tissue – This is ideal for treating sport related tightness in your muscles or
for people with chronic pain
• Pregnancy – Nurture your body by releasing tension and minimising muscular imbalances.
We use a supporting pillow to provide comfort to your body and gently massage to help
relieve tension in your upper and lower back. Gentle pressure techniques can also be applied
to the lymph nodes to promote drainage of fluids that causes swelling during pregnancy.
• Aromatherapy……The oil has been infused with a range of
essential oil blends extracted from plants, flowers and fruit.

Our aromatherapy range includes;
Relax – A perfect way to unwind after a stressful day. A pure blend of lavender, bergamot,
mandarin, lemon, cedarwood and chamomile.
Sensual – A lovely romantic blend of orange, cedarwood, lavender, palmarosa, rose and
vanilla.
Fresh – An energising and zingy blend that is fresh and lively.
A blend of lemongrass, peppermint, eucalyptus, lime and lemon myrtle.
Peppermint – This is a cooling oil with a strong, robust scent.

You can even tap into our in-room sound system to play your own tunes. If it’s Beethoven’s
Symphony No 9 in D Minor and an aromatherapy massage, we are one phone call away. If it’s
ACDC and a shiatsu massage head, your wish is our command.

Escapes Hot Stone Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
for your Experience the sensation of smooth, hot stones as an extension
Body of the hands…..hot stones allow heat to penetrate deep into the
muscles to help relieve tightness and induce a sense of deep
relaxation. There is something magical about this experience.

Back, Neck and Shoulders - 30 minutes
Target the areas that carry the most tension to leave you with
a renewed sense of wellbeing. These express massages do the
trick, leaving you with time to spare.

Ruby Candle Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
As the candle burns, the air is filled with a rich and exotic mix of
fragrances. Your masseur will melt your muscle tension with the
warm soy wax that has been infused with cocoa butter, almond
oil and coconut oil to hydrate your skin.
The candle is yours to take home at the end of your treatment.
Choose your fragrance from Black Raspberry and Vanilla, Green
Tea and Ginger, Coconut Cream, Lemongrass and Lime, Fig and
Cassis.

Serious Tune Up - 90 minutes
This started as a male treatment, but has quickly become one of
our most popular unisex massage treatment.
Brace yourself; this is a ripper. You will you’ll walk out purring……
This therapy works deeply into the muscles, stretching the
muscle fibres and releasing tension that may cause tightness
and pain. All of this is finished off with an exotic oil head, scalp,
temple, neck and shoulder massage – This is Seriously Good!!

HAND & FEET MASSAGES

Ruby Foot Massage - 30 mins
We start with a coconut sugar scrub to exfoliate your feet followed by a restorative massage
with rich Shea Butter to nourish your skin.

Ruby Hand Massage 30 mins
An almond scrub to exfoliate your hands then a recuperative massage with rich Shea Butter
to hydrate your skin.
PARRAFIN WAX - Upgrade your manicure to soften your skin, provide relief and loosen up
joints.
Amazing soft skin results - 20 minutes

BODY SCRUBS 45 minutes
Coconut Sugar Scrub
Exfoliate and moisturise your skin…..buff away dull, lifeless and dry skin and unclog pores.
After a gentle exfoliation using a special dry brush, your whole body will be subtly treated.
The coconut oil will nourish and moisturise your skin giving it a healthy glow. Finish off with a
deep moisturiser - Ideal for all skin types.
Orange Almond and Nut Scrub
This beautifully fragrant, multi-layered scrub exfoliates dead skin cells and conditions skin
with apricot seed, walnut shell, oat kernel, calendula, beeswax and almond oil. This scrub will
leave you with a brighter even skin tone, that is well hydrated and nourished - Ideal for all skin
types.

BODY WRAPS - 45 mins
Each of the following starts with a dry exfoliation and finishes with an application of
moisturiser.

Detox Wrap - Awaken and reward your body with this detoxing experience. After your
full-body exfoliation, we apply a rich body masque. You will be cocooned to detoxify and
stimulate your metabolism, whilst softening your skin. We will complete your journey with a
hydrating moisturiser.

Guava Hydrating Wrap - Renew your body with a treatment to hydrate your fatigued skin.
Exfoliate your skin to remove the dry skin cells then smooth on a guava masque to nourish
with essential vitamins and antioxidants, leaving your skin feeling smooth, hydrated, with a
healthy glow! Your body will be wrapped to allow the masque to go to work. Then enjoy a
stress relieving scalp massage. The treatment is completed with a moisturising body butter
leaving your skin hydrated, silky smooth with a healthy glow.

Escapes EXOTIC OIL TREATMENT for hair and scalp - 20 minutes
for your Revitalise scalp and hair with an ancient hair care secret from
Body the pristine isles of Fiji. This exotic oil will treat your tresses and
leave you with healthier, more vibrant hair. Exotic oil is massaged
gently into your scalp and hair, using pressure point techniques
to relieve the stresses of the day.

SPRAY TANNING

Add a beautiful glow to your skin without exposure to the sun
Our tanning solutions are made with a combination of the most
natural tanning ingredients and contain no nanoparticles, no
parabens, no SLS sulphates and no alcohol. The closest thing
you can get to a real tan, without the harmful side effects of our
harsh Australian sun.

Dry exfoliation with Spray tan 45 minutes
Spray tan only 20 minutes

NOTE: For maximum and longer results we recommend that you exfoliate your
whole body and do not apply any oils or creams before your tanning session.

WAXING and TINTING

A full range of waxing treatments to leave you with soft silky
and of course hairless skin. Eye brow and eyelash tinting are also
available to enhance and define your features.
Eye brow design by our beauticians give you the opportunity to
redefine your look for a special occasion.

MANICURES

Express 30 minutes: Reshape your nails, trim the cuticles and
paint with your choice of nail polish
Deluxe 60 minutes: A complete hand treatment. File, buff,
exfoliate your dry skin, tidy the cuticles before applying a
hydrating mask. Finish off with a massage and your choice of
polish or gel for longer lasting wear.

Paraffin Wax Treatment - Upgrade your manicure to soften
your skin, provide relief and loosen up joints.

PEDICURES

Express 30 minutes: Reshape your nails, trim the cuticles and paint with your choice of polish
Deluxe 60 minutes: A complete foot treatment for your soles, heels, toes. Soak in the foot
bath before a sugar scrub and a buff to remove dead skin. We’ll apply a hydrating foot
masque. File and buff the nails, tidy the cuticles, finish off with a massage and your choice of
polish or gel for longer lasting wear.

Ruby Radiance Facial 30 mins
Restore your skin with active ingredients and concentrates
specially selected for your skin type. Using cosmeceuticals,
your facial will include a deep cleanse, a fruit enzyme peel, a
hydrating masque and a therapeutic serum that will leave your
skin feeling clean and fresh.

Ruby Deluxe Radiance Facial 60 mins
Your therapist will analyse your skin and deliver personalised
treatment and best fit recommended products to rejuvenate
your skin, leaving you with a healthy skin balance and refreshed
complexion. Includes a peel and extraction lotion, a hydrating
masque for the face and eyes and a concentrated vitamin C
serum to tighten skin, leaving it smoother.

Ruby Cosmedic Facial with Medi Peel 90 mins
For serious skin changing results……We use medical grade
ingredients and cosmedic science to repair, rejuvenate and
stimulate cellular activity.
These treatments are programmed to match your skin type
and individual skin requirements Treatments include a deep
cleanse, exfoliation, customised peel and alginate masque. The
Ruby Cosmedical Facial includes a choice of enzymatic peels to

We specialise in bridal groups and work with all of the wedding party, but especially the

needs. We will always do a trial session to fine tune your requirements to ensure optimum

Whilst wedding groups are welcome, we do recommend booking well in advance as the
Gold Coast and in particular the Marriott Resort and Spa is a magnet for weddings and

We recommend that bookings be made in advance to avoid disappointment
Etiquette

In order to maximise the benefits of your spa experience, please arrive for your treatment
15 minutes prior to your treatment time. While every effort will be made to provide you with
your full treatment time reserved, should you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment
time may have to be reduced or rescheduled depending on availability. We appreciate your
understanding.
Valuables

Personal belongings can be locked in your personal pin protected locker. We recommend
that valuables be left at home and no jewellery should be worn to the spa. Ruby Spa accepts
no responsibility for lost valuables.
Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid
a 50% cancellation fee.
Spa Attire

Please wear comfortable clothing. Underwear is required for all treatments. Disposable
underwear is available on request.

Spa robes will be provided on your arrival and a locker will be provided for your items.
Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
Parking

Parking is available in the Marriott car park. Charges will apply.

Please advise if you are under the care of a health professional, have health conditions or are
