Ideal for 2" pipe. This SpinCoater does not come with a centering carriage.
THE Heavy Duty Spray Coaters are designed to apply internal coatings and linings to pipe. These tools have a pneumatic driven spray head that will spray most all coatings from the thinnest to the most viscous. The coating to be applied is fed to the spray head through a fluid manifold for maximum material disbursement.
The most popular setup is shown here. The Spincoater is attached directly to a paint tank with ball valves to control the fluid and air lines.
The SpinCoater can also be used with an airless setup. It is important to note the use of the back pressure orifice assembly.

Hollo-Blast (tc tip) with 5/8" noz
Description
The Hollo-Blast Cleaning Tool is designed to blast clean small pipe ranging in size from 2" to 12" inner diameter.
Button carriage (PN: HBC01124) is for 3"-5" I.D. pipe. Adjustable scissor carriage (PN: HBC01131) is for 5"-12" pipe. Carriage not included with tool.
Internal pipe surface preparation is accomplished easier, faster and more economically by using high quality Pipe Cleaning Tools. These tools are designed to blast clean without the necessity of rotating the pipe. They remove rust, old paint and any other contaminant better than any other method. Through highly powered abrasive impact, precise surface profiles can be obtained which will ensure proper adhesion for long life coatings. Standard abrasive blast machines are used in conjunction with all Pipe Cleaning Tools. Pipe Cleaning Tools are constructed, in part, of high grade Tungsten Carbide and engineered to provide many hours of productive work. Various Tungsten Carbide nozzle sizes are available to comply with a wide range of pipe diameters. Any standard blasting abrasive may be used with the exception of Aluminum Oxide and Silicon Carbide. Maximum abrasive size for the Hollo Blast Tool is 20 mesh.
This tool, which has no moving parts, utilizes a built-in, short venturi, Tungsten Carbide nozzle and Tungsten Carbide deflection tip to spray accelerated abrasive in a 360° blast pattern. Tungsten Carbide deflection tip, stern sleeves, and stern support ensure long wear life.
This tool is supplied with a 1/2" orifice nozzle that is good for abrasives equal to or finer than 16 mesh. However, 5/8" orifice nozzle is also available, where sufficient air supply can be furnished, for courser abrasives. Air consumption is 200 CFM on 1/2" nozzle and 350 CFM on 5/8" nozzle.
Two centering devices are available. The tool without any centering device will fit into 2" I.D. pipe. With centering collars and buttons, the tool will adapt to pipe 3"-5" range at 1/2" increments. The larger centering carriage can handle all diameters between 5"-12" I.D.
The blast hose used with this tool should be no smaller than 1-1/4" I.D. Rotating the deflection tip a quarter turn after every 6 hours of use will maintain consistent wear throughout the life of the deflection tip.

SpinBlast for 8" to 36" pipe
Description
The SpinBlast tool cleans the interior of pipes from 8" I.D. to 36" I.D. The tool connects to most abrasive blasting machines in place of a standard nozzle. As the tool passes through the length of the pipe being cleaned, abrasive is ejected by two special nozzles mounted on a rotating head.
Carriage is not included with the tool.

SpinBlast HD, w/air-motor, for 18" to 48" pipe
Description
Ideal for I.D. pipe Greater than 14".
The SB-636-B Heavy Duty Spinblast Tool is designed to abrasive blast clean the internal diameter of pipe. This unit includes a pneumatic driven motor to rotate the blast head, and an adjustable carriage designed to center the tool in the pipe to produce a uniform blast cleaned surface.
Production Rate
This tool is shipped with two (2) 1-1/4" threaded venture blast nozzles. This unit with operates with nozzle sizes 1/4" to 5/8" I.D. The production rate varies depending on the degree of cleanliness required, surface condition, and type of abrasive, nozzle size and blasting pressure. Contact a Quanticorp Representative to determine an estimated production rate for your specific application.
Travel Rate
The speed (feet per minute) that this tool is pulled through a pipe depends on the diameter of pipe, degree of cleanliness required, surface condition, abrasive size, nozzle size and blasting pressure. A platform or structural support for the wheels of the Spinblast tool to drive on must be provided at the exit/entrance of the pipe to support the weight of the tool. Do not manually lift the tool out of the exit point of the pipe while blasting.
Blast Head Rotating Speed
A variable speed pneumatic or electric motor turns the blast head of the tool. The motor should be adjusted to 40-60 RPM to produce an even blasted surface. A 2-3 drops of 10 weight non- detergent lubricating oil should be added to the air inlet port on the pneumatic motor before and after each daily use.
Blast Hose Connection
The blast hose connection on the tool is 2" NPS-M. A standard 2" threaded blast hose fitting (CFB00555) is required if the Spinblast tool in not attached to a pipe lance. The blast hose of pipe lance feeding the tool must be a minimum of 1-1/4" I.D. Smaller diameter hose or pipe lances could lead to premature wear on the Spinblast tool.
Pneumatic Motor Connection
The pneumatic motor has a 1/8" NPT-F inlet and 1/8" NPT-F exhaust. The air line feeding the motor must be a minimum of 1/2" I.D. to provide an adequate volume of cleaned compressed air. An air regulator must be attached to this line to control the rotation speed of the blast head. The exhaust outlet on the motor must have a minimum 3/8" I.D. exhaust line to direct the exhaust air and air borne contaminants outside of the pipe and away from the blast cleaned surface
