Message From President / Chairman Welcome to the 1 st Kelantan Intensive Care Nursing Conference (KICNC) 2023. It is my pleasure to welcome all the participants today for the two days Intensive Care Nursing Conference 2023. We are proud to announce that this conference is being conducted by Intensive Care Nursing Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II Kota Bharu in collaboration with Kelab Bius KB. I welcome all the eminent speakers to share their knowledge and vast experience. For information, we had planned on year 2020 but it has been postponed due to covid 19 outbreak. On behalf, apologies for all the inconvenience and hardship due to cancellation. Our appreciation, thank you for willingness to participate our conference for this time again and hopefully will give memorable experience.
