Almost everyone in this world
love chocolates. Who wouldn't?
Chocolate has become one of the
most popular food types and
flavors in the world.
Chocolate being molded into different
shapes as a gift have become a tradition
on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and
eggs for Easter are popular, chocolate
coins for Hanukkah, Santa Claus and other
holiday symbols for Christmas, and hearts
for Valentine's Day
Chocolate is the
most popular
sweet treat in the
world.
But around the world, many people have
prepared chocolate as a bitter, frothy drink
or even as part of a main meal served at
dinnertime.
Did you know that chocolate
has been used as a medicine
for hundreds of years?
Hundreds of years ago, chocolate
was used as a medicine to treat
various diseases such as
stomachache, fever or fatigue.
The leaves and flowers of the
cacao tree are used to treat
burns and cuts.
Some people say that
chocolate can help you stop
coughing.
Today, some of chocolate
bars are unhealthy. They are
mixed with milk and sugar.
Sugar will increase
the calories of the
chocolate bar
There is also white
chocolate; it is not
chocolate at all, it is
just milk mixed with
a lot of sugar.
However, if you eat too
much chocolate that
cointains high level of
sugar can lead to obesity.
Some scientists say that eating dark
chocolate can make you healthier. Dark
chocolate has many benefits and packed
with nutrients.
In order to have a healthy heart, eat a
small amount of dark chocolate two to
three times a week.
It is also good for your
brain. Dark chocolate
will makes it work
better.
If you want to feel
happy and relaxed,
dark chocolate is the
one for you.
Make sure that you eat dark chocolate
more than chocolate with milk bars to
enjoy a healthy and happy life.
Conclusion
In fact, eating chocolate brings a lot
of benefits. One of he benefits is it
can give nutrient for our body.
Besides, chocolate gives an advantage
for our brain. For all chocolate
lovers, make sure to consume it
regularly and in normal size, not too
much. Enjoy your chocolate.
