Our licensed and well trained staff can assist you with personalized funeral and
cremation services, memorials, burials as well as personalized merchandise, all of

which reflect, with dignity, your wishes as well as the life of your loved one.

In Feb. 2013 Mr. George A. Lopes started the funeral home after many years of
assisting other funeral homes in the city of Boston and Brockton.

The building itself has been a funeral home for over 50 years.

In the 1960’s John Granston opened up the business for those who were part of the
community at the time He served their until he sold the business to Roger Shields.

Roger Shields ran the funeral business up until his death in 2010. He serviced the
growing community of Mattapan for over 30 years.

It was only after his death that Mr. Lopes purchased the present location and
continued in the service of providing funeral care to those of Boston and
surrounding cities and towns.

George A. Lopes has served the City of Boston and the South Shore for over 19 years.
