develop a planned $1.3 billion 5-star luxury hotel casino resort embedded
within Adelaar, a four-season destination resort being developed by EPR
Properties 96 miles northwest of New York City (“NYC”).

GOAL

Montreign is committed to working with Minority and Women-owned
businesses (“MWBE”) and creating a diverse workforce team on its Montreign

Resort Casino Project.
 Achieve or exceed the 30% MWBE utilization and Workforce Diversity
