The project comprises the construction and rehabilitation of new
sewerage and rain drainage pipes of the Baroud family historic
house in South Lebanon.

SOUTH COUNCIL PROJECTS

1993-2003

The project comprises the construction and completion of 35 schools
and educational centers in different areas of South Lebanon. The size
of each project varied between 4,000sqm and 10,000sqm, including
all necessary classrooms, halls, laboratories, recreation areas, etc.



QANA CAVERN

2003

The project comprises the rehabilitation of the Holy Cavern of Qana
along with the construction of new facilities, infrastructure and
landscaping services.

CHANTIER HEJEIJ

2003

The project comprises the construction and complete infrastructure of
a villa in South Lebanon for an area of 150,000sqm,
comprising retaining wall, asphalt roads, curbs and pavers, entrances
and passages, water and drainage services, telephone network,
street lighting, waterfalls, fountains, landscaping, etc.

EL ZEIN HISTORIC HOUSE

2003

The project comprises the rehabilitation and structural
strengthening of El Zein family historic house in Kfarreman, run by
Member of Parliament Abdel Latif El Zein.

CONCORDIA

2000

The project comprises the construction and completion of of 2
luxurious residential and office buildings located few steps away from
the American University of Beirut-AUB with a total built up area of
6,000sqm.
