goals and timetables (January meetings are planning

meetings per ESO Standing Rules)

Prepare an agenda

Prepare committee meeting minutes

Submit to Grammateus

Allow one week notice of meetings dates/times

Only committee members participate in committee

meetings (invitation or special permission may be given

to other sorors for attendance)

Follow parliamentary procedures

Committee meetings are held monthly (10 months)

Branding is paramount to standardization and standardization is the goal!

All publications should abide by the following branding tips:

Color

Salmon Pink: Pantone 182 (conversion to RGB:  249,191,193), #F9BFC1

Apple Green: Pantone 354 (conversion to RGB:  0, 183, 96), #00B760

Photography

Primary photos used should be action-oriented community service

photos

Secondary photos used should be sorors engaged in kind/caring

connections in social setting (avoid stereotypes such as stepping…etc)

Logos

Only official symbols and trademarks can be used

All logos used must be registered trademarks (®) or service marks (SM)

Placement

Sorority Crest is always placed left

Only two logos may used at a time
Use sorority crest and one excellence logo

Note: if more than one target applies use excellence logo

Review and Approval

Internal publications use templates.

Publications need approval by the Basileus

Publications include public flyers, articles, social media content, etc.

Allow for 3 days for review by Basileus

Send to both Basileus and Protocol Chairman for review

Public relations for all public events should follow the publicity plan of the

publicity committee.

All public events should have publicity that is not limited to but includes

media press release, local online publications, social media invitations/flyers,

etc.

Articles for events and programs should be sent to Ivy Leaf report for

submission

Submission Deadlines (January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October

15th.)



Communications

All Chapter communications will be sent by the Epistoleus

Please see Epistoleus guidelines

Execeptions: Hodegos courtesies and announcements

Weekly update will be sent every Wednesday

ESO Announcements may be sent in addition to weekly updates as it pertains

to the business of ESO
