ESO Sister Squads
DESCRIPTION &
GUIDELINES
Goal: SEPTEMBER 2022 TO DECEMBER 2022
The goal of the ESO Sister Squads is to facilitate sisterly relations between ESO Sorors of
various ages, professions, and backgrounds. In an effort to cultivate sisterly bonds amongst
members, we ask that Sorors intentionally gather for fun and fellowship and get to know
members within their assigned groups.
Structure:
There are currently 14 ESO Sister Squads groups with approximately 8 -10 members in each
group. There is no assigned leader and members are responsible for coordinating their own
activities.
Rules and Regulations:
ESO Sister Squads groups will be asked to meet or fellowship once each month. Activities
can be ESO Programs and events, or other non-sorority related events. (Let's get creative) In
order to receive credit for participation, ESO sorors must take a ESO Sister Squads group
photograph at the event or activity. Any event attended (sorority or non-sorority) where at
least Four Sorors are present is eligible for 1 point. If at least 6 Sorors are present 2 points
will be awarded. If all Sorors from the squad are present 3 points will be awarded.
The ESO Sister Squad group who attends the most events will be eligible for a special prize
at the end of the year. Must have picture to show all members present and upload
submissions to
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1_1Fm-qKcWX9lDPZKKc56TVGqwREdSuan?usp=sharing
to qualify for the points. (Monthly submissions include photographs and brief summary of
event to gain points)
Guidelines:
No Assigned Leader.
Must have 4 Sorors present to earn a point.
Each Group must select 1 Chapter meeting as an “Outing”.
Each event or activity can count as 1 point.
If the whole group is in attendance the group earns 3 points.
ESO Sister Squads starts September 2022 and ends December 2022.
Monthly submissions at end of each month. First submission is October 2022.
Point Breakdown
3 points if all Sorors of the squad are in attendance for the monthly activity
2 points if at least 6 Sorors are in attendance
1 point if at least 4 Sorors are in attendacnce
Maximum number of points that a team can receive is 3 points per month and a total of 12
points for the entire Fall 2022 Sister Squad Activity
Note: AKA business meetings and committee meetings, etc are excluded with the exception
of 1 chapter meeting.
