SATEEN & POLY COTTON CURTAIN LININGS

Any curtain lining should be used to protect the face fabric from colour loss and degradation
caused by the sun. A lining will enhance the finish of curtains giving fullness, better
drapeability and insulation. Our essential range of curtain linings combine tried and trusted
manufacturing techniques with cutting edge materials and processes to provide you with
unrivalled quality and value. You will find a product to suit every budget and end use in our

COMBI LININGS

Curtain linings already attached to interlinings were introduced to meet the demands of the
modern workroom, where efficiency is important. Our combination linings offer you cost
and time savings without comprising your normal lining and interlining quality. Available as
blackout, sateen and poly cotton lining.

INTERLININGS

Interlinings are used to improve the fullness of the curtains for a more luxurious look. They
increase both the sound insulation and thermal qualities of curtains due to the thickness
of the final product. Our extensive product knowledge has resulted in us developing a
comprehensive range of interlining options to cover all needs, ranging from lightweight
synthetics for fine silks, to 410gsm bumps for the ultimate opulent appearance.

BLACKOUT & DIMOUT LININGS

Blackouts come with many benefits, including thermal and insulating properties, sound
reduction and guaranteed light exclusion, leading to reduced energy and heating costs. They
are an ideal product for children’s bedrooms and for night-shift workers. Our soft flowing
dimouts have an elegant quality and durability, providing 97% light exclusion to a room.

FLAME RETARDANT LININGS

FR linings can be used in the domestic market with the benefit of additional safety features.
These linings all meet the British Flame Retardant requirements and are either fully washable
or dry clean only.

proud to say, are all finished in the UK. We have worked alongside a UK producer, with over
100 years of manufacturing and processing experience, renowned for producing the popular
Solprufe 63. The Solprufe linings we have developed offer many benefits - with enhanced
drapeability, increased light fastness and good thermal/insulating properties ... a truly
superior range of curtain linings, now recognised as the best in the UK.

3002 – Solprufe GOLD SATEEN LINING | P

Developed following the success of the original Solprufe 63 lining, the Solprufe Gold 100% cotton sateen lining
provides the ultimate protection for expensive face fabrics, due to its superior fabric construction. You’ll find this lining
easy to use in the workroom, with a soft, drapeable handle and a crease resistant finish.

4002 – Solprufe 63 SATEEN LINING | P

Successfully established in the market place, the original Solprufe 63 100% cotton sateen lining continues to be a
great quality product, with a pleasing enhanced sheen.

5011 – Solprufe LUXURY SATIN LINING | P

Solprufe satin is the best quality lining available. With a new handle it is frequently requested and highly recommended
by our customers. With a special resin treatment, it’s easy to work with, meaning an excellent, crease resistant finish is
achieved, along with reduced shrinkage.

2002 – Solprufe BLACKOUT LINING | F

Finished in the UK our blackout lining has a soft handle, allowing it to drape beautifully. It’s thermal and insulating
properties allow your customers to make important energy savings in their homes. Offering 100% light exclusion as
well as sound reduction, its ideal for use in children’s bedrooms or for anyone who needs to be able to sleep peacefully
during the day.

Our ultimate Solar-Pro® curtain lining offers you a superior base cloth with a crease resistant and Flurocarbon coated
finish. This finish enhances the final drape and makes it easier to sew after washing. The Flurocarbon coating also adds
a resistance to staining from condensation. You’ll appreciate this adaptable lining, whether you have a workroom or

Solar-Pro® LUXURY COTTON SATEEN 116 LINING - 3000 | P

This luxury lining offers you a superior higher pick base cloth. The exceptional schreiner finish gives extra lustre and

Produced in the UK, our luxury 100% cotton 3 pass blackout lining offers guaranteed quality, ideal to use along with

Solar-Pro® BLACKOUT LINING - 2010 | F

This is an 80/20 poly cotton blend product, with a lovely soft handle, offering you great value for money. A true
blackout, it provides total light exclusion, therefore making it ideal for south facing rooms. Choose from soft ivory, pale
ivory, or crisp white.

Solar-Pro® BLACKOUT LINING - 2020 | F

2020 is an economically priced blackout with a soft drape, perfect for projects where price is key. This 100% polyester
blackout offers 100% light exclusion and is available in 2 colours.

Solar-Pro® THERMAL LINING - 2000 | F

A single pass coated thermal lining for use where a degree of insulation and light exclusion is required, at a very
economical price point. For lighter shade face fabrics, we have introduced a new pale ivory colourway.

Solar-Pro® DURABLE FR LINING - 4003 |  P

Utilising the 96 pick construction, with an added durable flame retardant finish, makes this cotton sateen lining perfect
for children’s bedrooms, kitchens and the hospitality industry. It achieves the British FR Standard of BS5867 Pt2:B and
can be washed at 30 degrees.

Solar-Pro® NON-DURABLE FR LINING - 4005 | Dry Clean Only

With an added non-durable flame retardant finish, this lining achieves the British Flame resistant standard of BS5867
Pt2:B. It is a Dry Clean Only product and must be retreated if it comes into contact with water.

Solar-Pro® INHERENTLY FR POLYESTER LINING - 4000 | F

Bringing you a fire retardant lining to meet BS 5867 Pt2: B and C, this is ideal for institutional and hospitality end uses.

Solar-Pro® 3P FR BLACKOUT - 2012 | F

Offering you a polycotton blend blackout, with a soft handle and meeting BS5867, Pt2:B for flame retardancy. An

A 100% inherently flame retardant woven polyester dimout lining in 150cm width. It’s easier to work with and ideal for
face fabrics, as the woven texture gives a softer handle. With guaranteed 96% light exclusion, it’s perfect to block the
light out where required.

An FR blackout and FR fleece combination lining, providing both time savings during making up and cost savings. A
good choice if you’re looking to hit a price point, with 100% light exclusion.

The ultimate bump interlining, with a weight of 410gsm, adds volume to curtains and gives a pre shrunk finish,

This non durable flame retardant 100% polyester interlining is ideal for contractors. It also meets the British flame
retardant standard BS5867 Pt2:B.

Using a 100% cotton natural fibres, this Calico lining offers you a natural look, alongside good quality and excellent
value. Calico is a natural product, so some shrinkage and fading may occur during laundering. This is Non Durable FR
which will need re-treated after contact with water.

With several different designs, textures and finishes to choose from, we have a product to
meet all interior designer and contractor needs. All the Bancroft decorative blackouts create
a luxurious and timeless appearance to enhance any contract project. Offering essential light
exclusion they have a fluorocarbon finish which provides a luxurious soft handle with great
drapeability and a water resistant finish to the face.

MONTANA - 7039 | F

 

With a soft drape and Flame Retardant to meet EN, BS and IMO standards, Montana is a wide width fabric with a

smart herringbone texture. It comes in a usable palette of soft greys and neutrals, vibrant reds, blues and purples,

A natural linen look FR dimout, Kudos comes in a range of 18 colours and is an ideal face fabric for any project.

order status to easily track all shipments and you can quickly place repeat orders.

To order through ‘Bancroft Home’ you will first need to Create an Account. We have created a straight forward process to do this, just

• Select FW (Full Width on a tube) or CL (Creased & Lapped)

• Select quantity and click ‘Add to Basket’

• To add more products to your basket select ‘Back to Shop’

• At this point if you re-order the same products regularly you should ‘Save Basket’ before proceeding with the order

(See ‘Repeat Orders’ below)

• To check out: click on ‘Checkout & Basket’, review your products and select Delivery Options -> Proceed. Then check your billing

details and add the Delivery Address -> Continue. Finally review your order details and ‘Submit’

• You will receive an email when your order has been despatched. You can easily track the status of your order by going to ‘Account’

-> ‘Orders Archive’ the order status will state if it is either processing or despatched

3 - TO PLACE REPEAT ORDERS:

• If you frequently order the same product and quantity you can save your basket making it quick and easy to re-order
• Select products/quantity and add to basket. Once your basket is complete click ‘Save Basket’. The next time you log in to re-
order you can go to ‘Account’ -> ‘Saved Baskets’ and that order will always remain there. You can also order products purchased
