Weddings at Coltsfoot



Coltsfoot offers the venue to you on an Exclusive Use
basis; a special way of bringing you and your guests
together, to enjoy the celebrations in a relaxed and
romantic setting.

Set amongst acres of beautiful picturesque
countryside, it is the perfect location to hold your
wedding.

e have a very experienced wedding
co-ordinator to ensure your day goes exactly the way
you want plus our dedicated team are also on hand to
meet all your needs.

Our Civil Ceremony Licence allows you to be married
within our Main Barn area. Having recently extended
our Main Barn, in a sympathetic way, there are various
options for the positioning of the ceremony.

Our minimum day guest number is 60 and our
maximum is 120, allowing up to 200 guests in total for
the day and evening celebrations.

The venue is available for hire any day of the week
throughout the year.

Prices are based on our premium periods, we do offer
discounts at certain times of the year and days of the
week.

The Registry Office is North Herts & Stevenage
District, who have allocated times for our venue for the
Civil Ceremonies.





he Wedding Breakfast Menu offers a wide
selection to cover all tastes. Any individual guests’
dietary requirements are easily catered for. The menu
has remained for some time as the feedback for all the
dishes is always so positive. Menu tasting evenings are
held on a monthly basis, should you wish to sample the
dishes prior to making your selections.

We also offer selections of Reception Canapés and
Substantial Evening Canapés such as:

Bangers ‘n’ Mash
Fish ‘n’ Chips
Curry pots with rice

Hog roasts are also a very popular choice for evening
food, which we can offer should you prefer this.

n addition to the Main Barn, we have 15 luxury
suites set within our pretty courtyard. We also ask that
the rooms are guaranteed, not necessarily a cost to
yourselves as this can be off-set to those of your guests
requiring accommodation. The following morning a
buffet breakfast is served in the Main Barn for you and
your guests.

The Venue is yours from 2pm in the afternoon of your
wedding through to the following morning.

We have a wide range of suppliers that have worked with
us over the years. There is a recommendation list on our
website for you to look through. There is no obligation
to use these named suppliers but some of them do offer
packages exclusively to Coltsfoot.





s Coltsfoot is a blank canvas, all colours
work within your chosen colour scheme. All we request
is that no drawing pins, sellotape or nails are used when
decorating the venue.

We do not permit fireworks or Chinese lanterns as there
is a lot of livestock in close proximity.

Children must be supervised at all times.

The entertainment and bar are licenced until mid-night.
