TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF "NISSAN" / "DATSUN" CAR

1. The order form should be fitted only in English using CAPITAL LETTERS. The form should be filled using a
BALL PEN or TYPEWRITTEN.

2. Order for only One NISSAN / DATSUN NMIPL car can be made per form.

3. Please obtain the customer copy of Nissan / Datsun Car Order Form duly stamped by the order taking officer.

4. In case the payment falls short of the specified amount for any reason whatsoever, the orders will automatically
stand rejected.

For all invalid orders, the money deposited will be refunded of customers after deducting cancellation \ other
charges by the dealer as expeditiously as possible. No interest will be paid in such cases.

5. Delivery period of the vehicle is determined from the supply of NMIPL

6. Colour and Varient Preference

Customers are requested to opt for one colour choice for a particular varient only. In case of an subsequent
change in either colour preference of varient, the old delivery order number shall cease and a new delivery
order number shall be allotted.

7. Payments:

a) For placing orders, customers are required to pay the specified order acceptance price are decided by
NMIPL displayed at the dealership. Payment of specified order acceptance price is to be made by
Demand Draft / Pay order payable at the city where the order is placed an drawn in favour PINNACLE
MOTOR WORKS PVT. LTD.

b) lf a customer does not make payment of the balance amount within the time frame the car would be
allocated to the next customer on the delivery order list. Depending on the date the customer chooses to
make this balance payment, the customers delivery order number would change and it shall be the next
on the delivery order list meaning that the next available car of the variant and colour shall be delivered to
this customer.

c) The vehicle specification & price including statutory levies will be applicable as prevailing in the date of
dealer retail invoicing.

8. Delivery

The Delivery order number (depending on vehicle model,.variant and colour) of the customer is assigned by
the order taking dealer at the time of order acceptance. The delivery order number and delivery of cars is
according to seniority of payment deposited with the order taking dealer and is subject to production and supply
of cars from NMIPL.

9. Cancellations

a) Notice of should be sent to the order - taking dealer together with the original customer copy of the
NISSAN DATSUN car order form and the original payment receipt.

b) Except where the car has been dispatched by the manufacturer prior to receipt of cancellation request
from customer, the order taking dealer shall process the refunds as expeditiously as possible.

c) once cancelled, customer order cannot be reinstated at the same delivery order number.

d) In the case of financed orders, cancellation request shall be sent to the order taking dealer through the
financing entity and refunds will be made by dealer to the concerned financing entity only.

10. NlSSAN reserves the right to change model specifications and feature without prior notice.

11. In case of disputes- the same will be subject in the jurisdiction of the courts at THRlSSUR.

12. Orders are subject to force major clause'

13. Customer are advised to quote their delivery order number and the date there of for any enquiry regarding
delivery position.

14. Cancellation will not be possible after taking TP/ PR company will not take any kind of responsibility for the
cancellation.
