Apa IP PBX?
qIP PBX ialah system Private Automated Branch
Exchange (PBX) yang menggunakan Protokol Internet
qIP PBX di sambung ke dalam intranet dalaman dan
disambung ke rangkaian talian awam (PSTN) untuk
komunikasi luar. IP PBX menggunakan telefon IP
dengan menyambung ke rangkaian data syarikat. IP
PBX mampu membuat panggilan keluar melalui
rangkaian data ke destinasi lain dan ini dikenali
sebagai panggilan VoIP.
Apakah itu Telefon SIP?
qTelefon SIP adalah sama seperti Telefon VoIP atau softphone
yang membenarkan panggilan telefon dibuat dengan
menggunakan teknologi VoIP (protokol suara melalui internet).

navigation keys to highlight User
choice (press Left/Right key to
choose Missed Calls, Incoming
Calls and Outgoing Calls.
3. Press the Redial key twice to
call the last number called or
press Redial key once to enter
All Calls interface to choose the
number to dial out.
4. Press the programmable keys
which are set as speed dial key.
Login & Logout Code
You need to login to the phone in order to make and receive call, once logged in, you can use login and logout
which is when you at Campus Kota or Campus to receive call.

LOGIN Step:
1. To Login, Dial *11 followed by # key. NO Staf : 00171B ext 10171
( Example: *11#10171#10171#)
2. Dial Extension number followed by # key NO Staf : 01123B ext 11123
( Example: 10171# )
3. Enter password followed by # key
( Example: 10171# )
LOGOUT Step:
1. To Logout, Dial *12 followed by # key.
( Example: *12# )
