Passes Away: 34 Year Old Actor found dead at Mumbai
home; Police say Suicide

Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Actor Sushant Singh Rajput has reportedly passed away. The actor was 34 years old. He was found hanging
in his Mumbai residence on Sunday.

The year 2020 hasn't been kind to Bollywood. After the loss of Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan, the industry has lost Sushant Singh Rajput.
The actor passed away on June 14, Sunday. According to numerous news portals and Mumbai Police, Sushant committed suicide. Sushant
was dating Rhea Chakraborty. Reports suggest he was found hanging at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on Sunday. The police have
searched his residence but they haven't found a suicide note as yet. A spokesperson said the investigation is still going on.

Sushant made his Bollywood debut with Kai Po Che. The actor shared the screen with Rajkummar Rao in the movie. While he was a pop-
ular face, courtesy his television career, Sushant reached greater heights with his portrayal of Indian cricketer MS Dhoni. The actor played
the former Indian skipper in his biopic. The actor was last seen on the big screen in Chhichore, opposite Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Shar-
ma. Apart from his film career, Sushant was also known for his long television career. The actor played the lead character in Pavitra Rishta
opposite Ankita Lokhande.

The shocking news of his death comes just a few days after his ex-manager Disha Salian passed away. The actor had mourned the loss of
his ex-manager on Instagram. Sushant had penned, "It’s such a devastating news. My deepest condolences to Disha’s family and friends.
May your soul rest in peace.”

Numerous Bollywood and television celebrities have come forward to react to the heartbreaking news of his death. Disha Patani, Kiara
Advani, Ekta Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, and Vicky Kaushal are a few stars who expressed their shock over the news of his death.

Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide has kickstart-
ed a conversation about mental health once
again. While everyone is still mourning the
loss of the exemplary actor and human being
that he was, prayers and condolences con-
tinue to come in. However, something else
that has also taken centre stage is talking
about mental health and depression, since
the actor was undergoing treatment for the
same, as has been suggested by the reports.
The actor's last rites took place earlier in the
day today.

Deepika Padukone, who has battled depres-
sion herself, has spoken about mental health
on multiple occasions and today, she shared
a post where she wrote, "Repeat after me:
Depression is an 'illness.'" The actress also
shared another tweet where she wrote, "It
is extremely heartening to see so many of
you coming out and sharing your experience
about mental illness." She also wrote in a dif-
ferent tweet, "However, I would recommend
not naming the medication you are on and/or
the specifics of the dosage. Simply because:
-it is not a one rule fits all. - the information
could potentially be misused."

Amid the Coronavirus outbreak, actor Aamir Khan informed that his staff tested positive for COVID 19. The Laal
Singh Chaddha star thanked BMC for prompt action and informed his fans that he and his family have tested neg-
ative for COVID 19.

Aamir Khan informed and wrote,“Hello everyone, this is to inform you that some of my staff have tested positive.
They were immediately quarantined, and BMC officials were very prompt and efficient in taking them to a medical
facility. I would like to thank the BMC for taking such good care of them, and for fumigating and sterilising the
entire society. The rest of us have all been tested and found negative. Right now I am taking my mother to get her
tested. She is the last person in the loop. Please pray that she is negative. And a big thank you to Kokilaben Hos-

Sanjay Dutt treated fans with a throwback picture with
wife Maanayata and his nine-year-old twins Shahraan
and Iqra as he misses them amid the lockdown.

Amid the lockdown, Sanjay Dutt is spending his quaran-
tine period at home. Recently, on his father and actor
Sunil Dutt’s birth anniversary, Sanjay remembered his fa-
ther as he shared a throwback picture with him from his
childhood and wrote, "You have always been my source
of strength and happiness. Happy Birthday Dad." And to-
day, the actor is missing his family- his wife Maanayata
and nine-year-old twins Shahraan and Iqra who are in
Dubai. Maanayata along with her kids had visited Dubai
before the lockdown.

Sharing a happy family picture with his wife and kids, San-
jay Dutt wrote, "I miss them so much. To everyone who is
with their families right now, cherish them!" Maanayata
acknowledged the post with several heart emojis. Sanjay
Dutt's daughter Trishala Dutt also commented, "Such a
pretty pic, daddy." For the uninitiated, Maanayata couldn't
return back to Mumbai as international flights are yet to
resume regular operations amid the COVID-19 pandem-
ic. Meanwhile, in the month of February, the Munna Bhai
actor penned a short but beautiful quote for Maanayata
wishing her on their wedding anniversary.

He wrote, "Don’t know what I would do without you".
For the uninitiated, Sanjay Dutt found love in Maanayata
Dutt twelve years ago. The couple tied the knot on Feb-
ruary 7, 2008. Sanjay and Maanayata have always been
each other's pillars. They've seen tough times together,
coming out stronger than before.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sanjay Dutt has several
interesting movies in the pipeline. He will be seen play-
ing the role of a lead antagonist in Prashanth Neel di-
rectorial KGF: Chapter 2, while he also has Ajay Devgn’s
Bhuj: The Pride of India and Shamshera with Ranbir Ka-
poor in the kitty. This isn’t all. Sanjay will also be collab-
orating with Mahesh Bhatt in his directorial comeback
Sadak 2 which will also star Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt and
Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead. The movie happens to be
the sequel of Bhatt’s 1991 release Sadak which featured
Dutt and Pooja Bhatt in the lead role.

Ladakh: It Leaves Me with a Heavy Heart

Hrithik Roshan has paid his tribute to all the martyred personnel who had recently lost their lives in Ladakh post a face-off with

India has lost three bravehearts again as two soldiers and an Indian army colonel were killed on Monday i.e. 15th June 2020 as a
result of a face-off with Chinese soldiers at Ladakh’s Galwan Valley. As per army reports, there have been casualties on both sides.
As soon as the news about the clash with Chinese troops went up, it created a huge uproar on social media. Numerous netizens
took to social media platforms and spoke out their hearts.

Hrithik Roshan has now paid his
tribute to the brave Indian army
personnel through the medium of a
tweet that reads, “It leaves me with
a heavy heart to know of the lives
lost in Ladakh & the unrest we are
faced with. Our defence stands tall
on the ground. My highest respect
to the martyred in the line of duty.
Condolences & prayers for their
families. May the departed & living
find peace.”

Sidharth Shukla also paid his re-
spects to the Indian army and ex-
pressed his gratitude towards them
on social media. Here’s what the
actor’s tweet reads, “For all what’s

Indian Army just wants you to know

plete faith in you ... your supreme
sacrifice will not be in vain.” A lit-

tribute to the soldiers martyred

you & appeal to not contribute any further.” Moving on, Renuka wrote, “He read about my fb post asking for help on Twitter. He called
Ranaji for details about what I had shared. He asked how much Nupur needed. I told him the amount she had asked for and he told me
that it will be done. And it was & topped up with more.”

been a lawyer if not an actress.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the finest actors in B-town and in fact, she completes 20 years in the industry this year. Having been

fullest. As per reports, Aamir Khan is learning Punjabi for
his upcoming role in Laal Singh Chaddha which is set to
release in December this year. Another interesting fact
is that Aamir is learning Punjabi not from a coach, but
from one of his film's co-stars. Yes, you heard that right.

Turns out, actress Mona Singh is helping Aamir perfect
his Punjabi-speaking skills. Aamir's 3 Idiots co-star re-
vealed in an interview that Aamir had been taking Pun-
jabi lessons from her in order to perfect his character.
Given the perfectionist that Aamir truly is, we are sure
the actor will get it spot on.

Mona, who plays a supporting role in Laal Singh Chad-
dha, also spoke about her role. "I am looking forward
to our shoot. Life is like a box of chocolates, you never
know what you get. For me, it’s been a box of wishes
that came true. It will be exciting and challenging to play
this role as it spans over a lifetime," Mona said.

As for Laal Singh Chaddha, reports reveal that Aamir is
keen on keeping up with the release date of 25 Decem-
ber 2020. We will have to wait and watch how this pans
out. Laal Singh Chaddha is the official Hindi adaptation
of Tom Hanks' Forrest Gump and also stars Kareena Ka-
poor Khan as the female lead.

Alvida Na Kehna, Umrao Jaan and Dhoom 2.

Abhishek Bachchan has been religiously
keeping up with his countdown of the films
he has done in the last 20 years as he will
clock those many years at the end of the
month. On Thursday, the actor took to Ins-
tagram to reflect on his films from 2006 and
reminisced about the good times. As part of
his #RoadTo20 posts Abhishek revealed he
worked on three extremely special films that
year. Namely Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Umrao
Jaan and Dhoom 2.

He wrote, "Year-2006 #KabhieAlvi-
daNaKehna #UmraoJaan #Dhoom2 All three
films hold a very special place in my heart.
KANK was my first collaboration with @iams-
rk @karanjohar and @realpz. My third with @
amitabhbachchan and my fourth with Rani.
All dear friends and colleagues I’ve learnt so
much from. Umrao Jaan was my third film
with JP saab and my third too with @aishwar-
yaraibachchan_arb and @suniel.shetty."

He further added that working on Dhoom 2
introduced him to new people and gave him
the opportunity with close friends. "JP Films
is like home for me and working with them
always seems to be more of a holiday than
work. Umrao is very special to me also be-
cause.... well you know why! Dhoom 2 ( my
favourite of the series so far) saw a whole
bunch of my childhood friends and some
newer ones come together to make such a
fun film. We had a blast making this one!!!
Everyday was like a huge school picnic.

troop has resulted in a massacre and India has lost at least 20 of
its soldiers. The news has indeed left everyone saddened and they
have all been praying for the well being of the families of those
martyred and also hoping that this stops soon. Many celebrities

their condolences.
