The new Irmàna chooses the single grape variety and, especially, one of the most beloved Sicilian
grape varieties: Grillo. This wine, made from fully ripe, hand-picked grapes and with a bright straw-
yellow colour, reveals the great characteristics of this grape variety: fruity aromas and the scents of
the Mediterranean maquis are accompanied by a rich, fresh and persistent taste on the palate.
What: 100% Grillo
Where: Western Sicily, by the sea / Average 600’ in elevation
Vineyards: Mixed Clay and siliceous soils farmed sustainably
Harvest: Veritcle Shoot Trellis with medium high density planting
