Colomba Platino Launch Deck & Tasting

Brand identity, varietals & tasting

Colomba Platino Insolia was born in 1959 for Topazia Alliata,
the daughter of the Duke of Salaparuta and owner of the
winery. Topazia wanted a ‘light & easy-drinking’ white wine to
enjoy in the Sicilian sun. Since then, Colomba Platino Insolia
has been known as one of the greatest Sicilian white wines
due to its balance of bright fruit flavor with refreshing acidity.

Colomba Platino, “Platinum Dove” in Italian, is a wine that
is meant to be enjoyed freely in any moment from
celebration to relaxation.
