Guccimas Artha Mandiri Observing and learning the center structures on the project construction of the 1912 Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang building from 18th to 21th floor. Feb 2022 - Apr 2022 ORGANIZATIONAL AND ACTIVITY EXPERIENCES HIMATUR FT UNILA - Bandar Lampung, Lampung Leader of Advocacy Department Directed and worked together with 5 other main members and 6 new members to plan and execute 6 anual work programs such as collecting information about scholarships and a platfom to accomodate academic and non-academic problems, enhancing team synergy and outcomes. 2021 HIMATUR FT UNILA - Bandar Lampung, Lampung The Chief Committe of “Scholarship Webinar” held by Advocacy Department Planned a free online seminar mechanism with 11 committe members and attented 80+ architecture students in Universitas Lampung as the participants. 2021 KULIAH KERJA LAPANGAN (KKL) Tresuarer 1 and Head of Report Team Received and managed student fund with the total of ±Rp.120.000.000 for study trip out of the town and other expenses. Devided the task working of the report with 5 other members and 200+ report pages as the result. 2021 SKILLS Hard Skill : Autocad, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape, Microsoft Office. FINAL PROJECT- Designing Library in Bandar Lampung FINAL PROJECTDesigning Library in Bandar Lampung A library with bioclimatic approch is an approch that produce building form in accordance with the surrounding environtment so the building dwellers be able to feel comfortable around the building. This project have 4 floors with flat roof that can be used for green plans and solar panel. this project spent nearly 3 months to finished.

PLANING SITE- RESORT PLANNING SITEResort This area is sufficiently strategic to build a resort because of the view and the massive green environtment with a land area of 3000m2 (40% for green open space) and have unique contour. Planning 16 accomodation buildings and 2 floors of each. The design took one semester as one of assigments in “Planning Site” course.

It took one semester to finished the design
DIAGRAM CONCEPT 1 Exsisting land as line planed can be pulled to the top as ground floor The initial building mass formed is regtangular Building mass is seperated by two sides and have different functions of each 2 3 there are two typical building mass, push the mass in between until it form like semi-circle Additional circle mass in the middle of the site, pulled on the top as different functions building Regtangular mass can be pushed on the back and front side as human circulation 4 5 6 Exsisting mass can be added as building floors planned 7 CONCRETE Used as one of important construction to build main structure of the building and additional structure even for furniture in open space WOOD Wood is used one of furniture materials and also can be used as wheather sheild material as secondary skin TILE Tile can be used as floor finishing material GLASS Glass material can be used as ventilation or cutting wall can be function as wind circulation and natural lighting from the sun to the building PAVING BLOCK This material can be used as finishing floor material on open space area JOIST MAIN BEAM MAIN COLUMN CANTILEVER BEAM SLAB CANTILEVER BEAM Centilever beam used as circulation can be calculared with this formula: =1/3 L (column span + centiveler lenght) =1/3 (8 + 4) =4m SLAB slab can be calculated with this formula: =1/40 x L =1/40 X 8=20cm JOIST Joist can be calculated with this formula: H’=1/15 x L = 1/15 x 8= 50cm b’= 1/2 x H’ = 1/2 x 50= 25cm MAIN COLUMN column can be calculated with this formula: =b (main beam width) + (2x5) =30 + 10 = 40 cm Cylandrical Column L=φr2 =23 cm D=2r =46cm MAIN BEAM main beam can be calculated with this forumula: H= 1/12 X 8 = 60cm b= 1/2 x H = 30cm The structural concept of the building has a grid pattern and semi-circle pattern with each different function with 8m column span using cylandrical column as column main structure, beam and slab. INTERIOR- Coffee Shop The concept for this coffee shop was simple but giving calm, pleasure and comfort. It can be seen from the chosen color of furniture and floor finishing most of which have brown color so that can give warm, nature and comfortable impression. This concept is suitable for young and adult even the lighting has a warm impression so all the visitor can feel the calmness whenever they have to do their work at this coffee shop. On the 2nd floor, the furniture tend to be more cool and contemporary because of the beanbag, so the visitor can enjoy the moment with their friends with relaxing and enjoy impression. INTERIOR- Architect Office INTERIORArchitect Office The concept for this office is minimalist. Minimalist itself is a architectural concept that giving simple concept and it tend to think about the functions before the aesthetic. The sense of this concept should be simple but comfortable. For example, the chosen color for entire room most of it in basic color such as black and white so the exsisting room inside it looks more spacious. For the floor, can be chosen warmer color like brown to make the room does not look bland so contrasting color is needed. There are quiet a lot indoor plans in the room to make relaxing impression. This project took 2 weeks as one project for “Interior” course.
