Jarrad commenced his career in Real Estate in May 2003 with Sardelic Real Estate and
soon realised that this was going to be a life-long passion. To this day Jarrad says he is
yet to wake up in the morning without enthusiasm to engage with people, property and

Jarrad enjoys sport, boating and most importantly, spending time with family and close
friends. Jarrad married Joanne in 2008 and had their first child, Isabella Marie in 2010
and in July 2013 welcomed a new addition to their family, a son, Cooper David. Joanne
and Jarrad built their dream home in the City of South Perth area.
As a Director of Sardelic Real Estate since 2006, Jarrad embraced the opportunity to be
involved as a leader in a respected local real estate office and a driving force in the
