C-FRAME PRESSES / C-frame presses and stamping presses

Economical production. Parts that can be produced on C-frame presses.
C-frame presses allow small and mid-size companies to
achieve high product qualities and low unit costs. Innovative
solutions for systems and controls ensure an integrated
manufacturing process. In order to meet the changing
requirements of modern stamping operations, the C-frame
presses are subdivided into two product lines within the
range of products:

C-BASEline presses are available for manual operation
(250 kN and 400 kN) or automatic operation (400 kN).
Based on years of continuous optimization, these presses
stand for reliability and quality.

C-FLEXline presses have a modular design and, therefore,
can be adapted at any time to changing production
conditions. Whether for manual or automatic mode, these
presses refit quickly and ergonomically. Two different
control concepts also adapt to individual customer
requirements.

C-BASELINE.
Reliable presses for manual or
automatic operation

RELIABLE, COMPACT, ROBUST.
Type C-BASEline models enable the cost-effective produc-
tion of small and very small series. C-frame presses
with press forces of 25 and 40 tons are popular for their
space-saving size and simplicity. Due to a robust and
stable design, these compact presses are durable and
long-lasting. Equipped with a time-controlled recirculating
oil lubrication system, they are also low-maintenance.

C-BASEline presses are very easy to start up and are ready
to operate in a short amount of time. Fast commissioning
and press reliability play critical roles in modern production
conditions. Standardized and modular design guarantees
this and also results in high-quality production.

ergonomic design of the press is space-saving and
user-friendly.

Two different control concepts also adapt the presses to

Aluminum forming / C-frame presses and stamping presses

The presses for aluminum forming are specially designed
for can production and are a specialty of Beutler Nova.
Many machines have been successfully deployed world-
wide and they stamp the most demanding vessels in
multi-shift operation. The development of the machines
takes place in close cooperation with competent partners.
The presses exhibit an extreme stroke distance, a large

interfaces for PLC connection. Peripheral devices can
be integrated into the press control system.
