PENDAHULUAN / INTRODUCTION

Dengan bangga kami persembahkan WINTOR XP 500 RH, traktor mini pertama yang digunakan untuk mendukung pengangkutan
hasil panen kebun kelapa sawit. Untuk itu kami ingin berterima kasih kepada pemilik dan pengguna dari WINTOR XP 500 RH atas
kepercayaannya pada produk kami.

Perlu diketahui, bahwa buku panduan ini diperuntukkan untuk WINTOR XP 500 RH dan penyalah gunaan unit serta modifikasi
yang dilakukan tanpa koordinasi dengan tim kami sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada unit itu sendiri bukanlah
tanggung jawab kami. Dan setiap perubahan yang terjadi pada buku pedoman ini (revisi) dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa
pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, guna meningkatkan kualitas Wintor.

MENYALAKAN MESIN / STARTING ENGINE Engine Stopper

1. Pastikan tuas stopper mesin berada pada posisi tegak. Jika miring, injak pedal HOUR

MENGOPERASIKAN UNIT / OPERATING UNIT

! CAUTION

Perpindahan dari LOW ke MEDIUM / HIGH atau pun MEDIUM / HIGH ke LOW, diharuskan dalam keadaan berhenti atau diam.

MENUANG BAK / BIN DUMPING Dump Undump

1. Geser dan masukan tuas perseneling ke posisi netral sebelum mengoperasikan bak.
Slide and enter the transmission lever into neutral position before operate the bin.

2. Dorong tuas untuk menuang bak dan tarik tuas untuk mengangkat kembali bak.
Pull the lever for dumping and push the lever for undumping.

3. Injak pedal gas secara perlahan dan tahan setiap kali menuang dan mengangkat bak kembali.
Step on the accelerator pedal slowly and hold each time you dump and undump the bin.

4. Selalu posisikan tuas rem tangan pada posisi terkunci setiap kali mengoperasikan bak.

Always position the handbrake lever in the locked position every time you operate the bin.

! WARNING

 Pastikan stopper bin dalam posisi tegak atau menyanggah bak ketika sedang melakukan perawatan rutin pada komponen yang berada di bawah bak.
Make sure the stopper bin is in an upright position or refutes the bin when doing maintenance on components that under the bin.

1. Pastikan hourmeter berfungsi dengan baik ketika menyalakan meisn dengan HOURMETER

3. Injak pedal kopling lalu geser tuas persneling ke posisi low/gigi 1, kemudian

jalankan unit. Cek untuk setiap posisi perseneling low/gigi 1, Medium/gigi 2,

High/gigi 3 dan Reverse/gigi R.

Step on the clutch pedal then slide the gear lever to the low / gear position 1,

then run the unit. Check each gear position low / gear 1, medium / gear 2, high

/ gear 3 and reverse / gear R.

4. Pastikan rem tangan berfungsi dengan baik, dengan cara menarik tuas rem

tangan ke posisi lock dan setelah itu periksa unit apakah bisa digerakkan. Tombol Pelepas

5. Pastikan selalu level oli hidrolik cukup, Jika oli kurang dari atau dalam batas minimum, Maksimum Minimum

leaks (maximum capacity of hydraulic oil is 5,5 liter).

6. Periksa selalu level minyak rem, bila level minyak rem menurun periksalah apakah ada
kebocoran pada instalasi pipa dan selang rem. Jika tidak ditemukan kebocoran pada
instalasi selang rem, maka periksalah ketebalan kanvas rem, jika kanvas rem sudah tipis,
segeralah ganti dengan yang baru. Dan selalu periksa fungsi pengereman sebelum
mengoperasikan unit.
Always check the brake fluid level, if the brake fluid level dropped, check whether there is
a leak in the pipe and brake hose installation. If no leak is found in the brake hose
installation, check the thickness of the brake pad [picture 1i], if the brake pad is thin,
immediately replace it with a new one. And always check the brake function before
operating the unit.

! WARNING

Jangan gunakan unit bila terjadi kebocoran pada sistem pengereman, segera hubungi bagian mekanik kebun atau jasa perawatan unit Wintor untuk melakukan
perbaikan. Don’t operate the unit, if there any leakage in brake system, please contact the mechanic or Wintor customer service to repair it.

PEMERIKSAAN KEAMANAN / SAFETY CHECK Shock Absorber

7. Cek dan pastikan komponen joint steer dalam keadaan baik dan terpasang
dengan benar.
Check and make sure the joint steer components are in good condition and
installed correctly.

8. Periksalah selalu kondisi tekanan ban sebelum menggunakan unit. Standar
tekanan ban depan adalah 35psi dan standar tekanan ban belakang adalah 15psi.
Always check condition of tire pressure before operating unit. The standard of
front tire pressure is 35psi and standard of rear tire pressure is 15psi.

9. Periksa kondisi shock absorber, apakah ada kebocoran atau tidak.
Check the condition of the shock absorber, whether there is a leak or not.

10. Periksa kelurusan ban, bila terjadi penyimpangan lakukan penyetingan oleh
bagian mekanik.
Check tire alignment, if there is a deviation, do the tuning by mechanic.

11. Pastikan kondisi battery dalam keadaan baik dan seluruh kabel-kabel terpasang
dengan baik dan benar.
Make sure condition of battery is in good condition and cables has been installed
correctly.

12. Pastikan selalu level solar cukup. Kapasitas tangki bahan bakar adalah 9 Liter.
Always ensure the level of solar is enough. Fuel tank capacity is 9 liters. Max. Level

13. Pastikan selalu level oli mesin dalam kondisi cukup. Kapasitas oli mesin adalah 2,2 Liter.
Always ensure the level of engine oil is enough. Engine oil capacity is 2,2 liters. Min. Level
Engine Oil
14. Pastikan selalu air radiator dalam kondisi cukup. Kapasitas air radiator adalah 1,5 Liter. RADIATOR
Always ensure water cooling is enough. Water cooling capacity is 1,5 liters.
FAN
15. Pastikan kipas radiator/pendingin berfungsi dengan baik, agar tidak terjadi overheat pada mesin.
Make sure the radiator / cooling fan is functioning properly, so that the engine does not overheat.

16. Pastikan oil pump berfungsi dengan baik dengan memperhatikan indikator oil pump. Tanda
tersebut akan berubah warna dari merah ke biru. Segera matikan mesin jika indikator oil pump
tidak berubah warna.
Make sure the oil pump is functioning properly by paying attention to the oil pump indicator. The
mark will change color from red to blue. Turn off the engine immediately if the oil pump indicator
does not change color.

17. Periksa fungsi gas dengan cara menginjak pedal gas. Jika tuas gas pada mesin bergerak maju
mundur mengikuti gerakan pedal, maka gas berfungsi dengan baik.
Check the accelerator function by stepping on the accelerator pedal. If the accelerator lever on the
engine moves back and forth following the pedal movement, the accelerator functions properly.

18. Periksalah oli dalam saringan udara, tambahkan oli jika diperlukan sebelum menjalankan unit
dengan cara melepas tutup saringan udara. Lalu isi tabung saringan udara dengan oli (sesuai
dengan oli mesin) hingga batas yang ditentukan.
Check the oil in the air filter, add oil if needed before running the unit by removing the air filter
cover. Then fill the air filter tube with oil (according to engine oil) to the specified limit.

19. Periksa dan pastikan baut mengikat komponen dengan kencang, serta pengelasan pada
komponen tersambung dengan baik. Pemeriksaan titik-titik tersebut dapat melihat Point Eye
Sticker pada unit.
Check and make sure the bolts tie the components tightly, and the welding of the components is
well connected by look to the Point Eye Sticker on the unit.

20. Periksa fungsi kopling dengan cara menginjak pedal kopling. Jika putaran mesin tidak diteruskan ke Clutch Gearbox

gearbox, maka kopling berfungsi dengan baik.

Check the clutch function by stepping on the clutch pedal. If the engine speed is not forwarded to the

gearbox, the clutch works properly.

21. Pastikan selalu level oli gearbox cukup sebelum unit dioperasikan, dengan cara melihat level oli

pada jendela indikator oli gearbox. Pengisian oli yang dianjurkan yaitu 3,8 Liter.

Always ensure that the gearbox oil level is enough before the unit operates, by looking at the oil

level in the gearbox oil indicator window. Recommended oil filling is 3,8 Liters.

22. Cek kekencangan belt transmisi setiap sebelum mengoperasikan unit dengan cara menekan sisi Clutch Gearbox
bawah belt ke atas dan sisi atas belt ke bawah. Standar kelenturan dari belt adalah ±20 mm

(atas/bawah) dari titik awal sisi atas/bawah belt hingga titik akhir sesudah ditekan. Jika kelenturan

belt melebihi 20 mm, kencangkan belt dengan mengatur tensioner setting bolt.

Check the tightness of v-belt by pushing up the bottom side of v-belt. The flexibility standard of v- Tensioner

1. Pastikan tuas rem tangan dalam keadaan bebas pada saat menjalankan unit. Terkunci

Use low gear [1] on incline, decline, slippery, or muddy terrain.

4. Hindari menginjak pedal kopling selama berkendara, untuk mencegah turunnya
performa akibat cepat habisnya kanvas kopling.
Avoid to step on the clutch pedal while driving to prevent loss in performance
from exhausted clutch pad.

5. Posisikan kunci kontak pada posisi OFF apabila sudah tidak menggunakan unit.
Switch the ignition key to the OFF position when unit is not operated.

6. Apabila unit diparkir di lahan menanjak/menurun, pastikan tuas rem tangan
ditarik ke atas, pastikan pula mesin dalam keadaan OFF dan perseneling
dimasukkan ke posisi Low [1].
If unit is on incline or decline parking position, make sure the hand brake lever in
an upright condition and make sure the engine in OFF condition, enter the gear
change lever to low [1] position.

7. Saat berkendara di lahan yang penuh air atau kubangan, hindarkan mesin dari terendam air.
While driving on watery land or mudhole, avoid the engine from water. 16

8. Perhatikan kebersihan pada mesin dari kebocoran bahan bakar dan oli.
Pay attention about cleanliness of engine from leak of fuel or oil.

9. Hindari memodifikasi suspensi dan rangka, karena dapat merubah tingkat stabilitas kendaraan.
Avoid modificate suspension and frame, because it can be changing Wintor stability.

10. Pastikan konsultasi terlebih dahulu pada team WINTOR, apabila ingin melakukan modifikasi.
Make sure you have consulted with Wintor team if want to modificate it.

11. Selalu posisikan tuas differential pada posisi un-lock, terutama jika menggunakan Triangle Crawler. Always

Use pure diesel fuel.

2. Untuk mencegah kerusakan pada injektor, hindari membiarkan isi tangki sampai kosong, karena dapat menyebabkan

kotoran/endapan solar di dasar tangki tersedot masuk ke pompa bahan bakar.

6. Periksa selalu level minyak rem, bila level minyak rem menurun periksalah apakah ada kebocoran pada instalasi pipa dan
selang rem. Jika tidak ditemukan kebocoran pada instalasi selang rem, maka periksalah ketebalan kanvas rem, jika kanvas rem
sudah tipis, segeralah ganti dengan yang baru. Dan selalu periksa fungsi pengereman sebelum mengoperasikan unit.
