Regulations: Prohibit hanging of blankets, towels, materials on / over balconies

No. 014/2022

In the interest of orderly cleanliness and pleasant appearance of the
condominium, we would like to seek your cooperation by refraining from
hanging clothes or placing materials on / over the edge of the balconies and
complying with the following:

1. Do not hang clothes or place any materials on / over the edge of the
balconies

2. Do not hang clothes or have any materials protruding outside the
balcony area

3. If any resident is found violating this rule, management will issue a
violation notice along with a fine of 3,000 baht per occurrence

4. Juristic Management will not be held responsible for any future
legal complaints filed on behalf of the neighbors affected by this
rule

Remark : This regulation is subject to supplementation and/or amendment, as and when
considered proper.

เรื่อง ห้ามตากผ้าหรือวางวัสดใุ ดๆ พาดบนขอบระเบยี ง และ/หรือ ย่ืนออกนอกระเบียง

เพือ่ ความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยไวซ้ ่ึงความสวยงามของอาคารชุดฯ อนั จะก่อประโยชน์สุขในการ
อยอู่ าศยั ร่วมกนั ฝ่ายจดั การฯ จึงขอความร่วมมือผพู้ กั อาศยั หา้ มตากผา้ หรือวางวสั ดุใดๆ พาดบนขอบระเบียง
และ/หรือ ยน่ื ออกนอกระเบียงของหอ้ งชุดพกั อาศยั โดยรายละเอีนดดงั น้ี

1. หา้ มตากผา้ หรือวางวสั ดุใดๆ พาดบนขอบระเบียง
2. หา้ มตากผา้ หรือมีวสั ดุใดๆ ย่นื ออกดา้ นนอกพ้ืนที่ระเบียง
3. หากพบวา่ ผอู้ ยอู่ าศยั ทา่ นใดละเลย หรือฝ่าฝืนระเบียบน้ี ฝ่ ายจดั การฯ จะทาการเปรียบเทียบ

ปรับไปยงั ท่านเจา้ ของหอ้ งชุดในอตั รา 3,000 บาท ตอ่ การฝ่าฝืนในแต่ละคร้ัง
4. หากเกิดกรณีฟ้องร้องจากผพู้ กั อาศยั บริเวณขา้ งเคยี ง ผซู้ ่ึงไดร้ ับความเสียหาย อนั เกิดจากการ

ฝ่าฝืนกฎระเบียบน้ี ฝ่ายจดั การฯ จะไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใดๆ โดยการร้องเรียนจะอยใู่ น
ความรับผิดชอบของผพู้ กั อาศยั ท่ีฝาฝืนระเบียบน้ีโดยตรง

Regulations: Prohibit throwing of garbage and splashing of liquids

No. 007/1/2022

In the interest of orderly cleanliness and pleasant appearance of the
condominium, we would like to seek your cooperation to comply with the
following in order to enhance comfortable living:

1. Kindly separate and dispose of type of garbage accordingly – wet
garbage in Green Bin and dry garbage in Blue Bin. Garbage bins located near
common-way stairs.

2. Residents are forbidden from throwing garbage and splashing of
liquids from balconies (snack bags, cooking flour, beverage cans, milk cartons,
cigarette butts, water, oil, etc.) which can cause damage to the environment and
neighbor’s property

3. If any resident is found violating this rule, management will issue
a violation notice along with a fine of 3,000 baht per occurrence

4. Juristic Management will not be held responsible for any future
legal complaints filed on behalf of the neighbors affected by this rule

เพ่อื ความเป็นระเบียบเรยี บรอ้ ยคงไวซ้ ่งึ ความสวยงามของอาคารชดุ ฯ อนั จะก่อประโยชนส์ ขุ ในการอยู่
อาศยั รว่ มกนั ฝ่ายจดั การฯ จงึ ขอความรว่ มมอื ในการรกั ษาความสะอาด รายละเอียดดงั นี้

1. คดั แยกขยะเปียก กบั ขยะแหง้ /ท่วั ไป ทงิ้ ในจดุ ท่กี าหนด บรเิ วณบนั ไดทางเดนิ ร่วมของทกุ ชนั้
(ขยะเปียกถงั สเี ขยี ว, ขยะแหง้ ถงั สีนา้ เงิน)

2. หา้ มโยนขยะ หรือส่ิงของทกุ ประเภท รวมถงึ การรดนา้ ตน้ ไม้ ออกนอกระเบียงหอ้ งชดุ
3.. หากพบว่าผอู้ ย่อู าศยั ท่านใดละเลย หรอื ฝ่าฝืนระเบยี บนี้ ฝ่ายจดั การฯ จะทาการเปรยี บเทียบปรบั

ไปยงั ท่านเจา้ ของหอ้ งชดุ ในอัตรา 3,000 บาท ตอ่ การฝ่ าฝื นในแตล่ ะครั้ง

4. หากเกิดกรณีฟ้องรอ้ งจากผพู้ กั อาศยั บรเิ วณขา้ งเคยี ง ผซู้ ่งึ ไดร้ บั ความเสยี หาย อนั เกิดจากการฝ่า
ฝืนกฎระเบียบนี้ ฝ่ายจดั การฯ จะไม่มีสว่ นรบั ผิดชอบใดๆ โดยการรอ้ งเรยี นจะอยู่ในความ
รบั ผิดชอบของผพู้ กั อาศยั ท่ฝี าฝืนระเบียบนโี้ ดยตรง
