OBJECTIVES To introduce Library Services, collections, and facilities to library clients. To guide the clients to identify and access various information resources, printed or electronic, for their information search efficiently, effectively and independently. To enable the clients to understand how to use strategic searching techniques in their information searching. To develop a lifelong culture of learning among the library clients.
