FRANCE VERZENAY, CHAMPAGNE

The Chaudron family has been making Champagne for nearly 200 years in
Verzenay, a 100% Classified Grand Cru Village. The vineyards, located in the
heart of Montage de Reims, is largely composed of Grand Crus and Premier Crus.

Currently Luc Chaudron is at the helm of Chaudron and continues to churn out
some stunning wines while still maintaining the Passion & Tradition established
by his predecessors.

Aged 3 years in the bottle after a 6 month fermentation in the barrels, it has
a pale pink appearance with aromas of strawberries & raspberries. Tingling
bubbles on the palate present a fine balance and good length finish.

Clear gold colour with fine bubbles, aromas of grapefruit, lemon mingled with

FRANCE Rhone Valley & Languedoc

Located in the South of France,between Languedoc and Provence, the Estates of
Cellier des Chartreux are steeped in a rich tradition of history and wine making.
The origins of the Estate can be traced to 1612 when the Carthusian monks
drained the Pujaut Lagoon to make way for vineyard cultivation.

The folks at Cellier haven been continuing this rich tradition since 1926 making
stunning yet profound wines. Cotes du Rhone, Single Varietals are some of the
wines made at Cellier. Simplicity and humility seems to be the trait that Cellier
inherited from the monks.

Established since 1872 in the Loire Valley, Loire Proprietes is an association of
several Estates who have combined their expertise to make some stunning yet
profound wines.

The wines reflect the terror and passion of the people who work tirelessly in
perfecting their art of wine making. This pursuit of perfection has seen many of
them progress from wine growers to wine makers and Chateau owners who have
passed on their skills from one generation to the next. It seems the pursuit of

technology, the wines are both innovative whilst maintaining the high standards
established by the founders.

ITALY SIENA, TUSCANY

The Squarcialupi Family of Longboard origins can be traced to 1250. A warrior
clan, the Squarcialupi’s counted among its members ANTONIO, a famous 14th
century singer, MARCELLO, a heretic in 1500, and IGNATIUS a Benedictine Abbot
of the Abbey of Montecassino.

Acquired in the 1980’s by Bojola-Targioni family, the Estates are managed by
Thomas while his wife Monica manages the Squarcialupi Palace now turned into
an elegant Hotel.

According to numerous documents, Podere IL Pozzo Estate was established by
Jesuit monks several hundred years ago up until the early 18th Century.

In 1998, the Bellini Family purchased this estate and continue to make wines
following the ancient tradition pioneered by the founders.

The Estate comprises about 50 hectares of which 10 hectares are devoted to
vineyards. From this small parcel comes some exceptional wines that continues
to push the boundaries in quality and consistency.

SPAIN LA RIOJA

The Vivanco Family have been making wines for more than a century. It began when
Pedro Vianco made wines from his Estate in La Rioja. Since then the family has continued
the tradition of making renowned wines that reflect the terroir and carrying on the vision
of its founder.

Currently, the 4th Generation of the Vivanco Family continues the tradition with Rafael
Vivanco at its wine making helm. The Vivanco’s continue to blend modern technology with
the century old tradition established by Pedro Vivanco.

Casto Pequeño was founded in 1982 by Casto Pequeño, who is the oldest Spanish
oenologist at 96 years old and Alberto Gutierrez.

The wines carry the appellations of Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León, Toro,
Ribera del Duero and Rueda. A young Estate with an experienced crew, Casto
Pequeño wines are a genuine reflection of Spanish terroir.

SPAIN LA RIOJA

The history of Bodegas Gailur began in 1919 when Patxi Errasti, the founder
earned his livelihood since 12 years old from farming, wood cutting, livestock
caring and fishing. Subsequently he found work as a truck driver and began
traveling around Spain exploring the gastronomy of various regions.

Patxi transitioned by purchasing wines in bulk and bottling them in the village
of Orio with his 3 sons Vincente, Jose Mari & Patxi. His sons continued in the
tradition and in 1985 they started their winery in the village of Baños de Ebro in
Rioja region.

Gailur in Basque language of Euskera means ‘Peak’. Today Patxi Jr, the oenologist
and Mikel Errasti the grandson have realised the dreams of Patxi Errasti.

FRANCE COGNAC

The Lhérauds have been involved in winemaking and cognac production for
centuries. However, the real action began in 1970’s. Now producing not only
cognac, but Pineau des Charentes and Armagnac as well, Lheraud exports its
products worldwide.

The current owners Andrée and Guy Lheraud concentrate on producing Cognac
Lheraud strictly on a traditional basis while bringing in a unique sense of modernity.

FRANCE ARMAGNAC

Baron G Legrand has been making Armagnac for more than 120 years. Owning
more than 25 hectares of vineyards south of Bordeaux, Legrand produces
exceptional quality Armagnacs.

In 1988 Cognac Lheraud acquired Baron G Legrand. Despite its acquisition,
Legrand continues to make quality Armagnacs in the very same way pioneered by
its founders.

The main grapes used to make Armagnac are:

1. Ugni Blanc 50% 2. Baco Blanc 40%

After distillation, the Amagnac ages in barrels for up to 65 years. Each vintage is
bottled by hand only when there is a demand. Till such time, it continues to stay
in the barrels and develops compexity, structure and depth.
