Process duration (month)
How many months do you want your
auto ship to be active.
99 months means active until you stop.
If you have selected 3, 6, 9, or 12 then
the auto ship will stop after the
specified month but you can still stop it
even if it does not compete the
duration of the selected months.
Process start month
If the auto ship entered and saved on
or before the 10th of the month then
the process start month will be on the
same month else it will be next month.

The Autoship Program – Terms and Conditions
These Terms are between you and Forever Living Products (M) Sdn Bhd (“Forever Living Products (M) Sdn Bhd", "us", or "we"), and
govern your and our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your participation in the Program is also governed by
our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, as well as any other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements
on the ForeverLivingAsia.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms.
By placing an order through the Program, you are agreeing to these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read
these Terms carefully.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, individuals must:
• must have an active membership with Forever Living Products;
• use a valid credit card;
• use a valid email, contact number and mailing address;
• agree to the Autoship Terms and Conditions;
2. Pricing
We reserve the right to change the Program benefits, including the prices and terms, at any time, without prior notice to you. All
changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions. Credit cards will be charged on the “Processing Date,” in
accordance with the personal discounted prices listed on the Site as of that date. If there is any change in your personal
discounted prices, it will be automatically updated to your next “Processing Date”.
You will be responsible for all and any surcharges, taxes, and handling fees, where applicable.
Your Program subscription is personal to you, so you may not assign or transfer your subscription (or any of the benefits
associated with the Program) to anyone else.

3. Payment & Processing
By subscribing to the Program, you authorize us to automatically place and ship future orders for your selected Program item(s) once a
month.
Payment for each Program shipment will be automatically charged to the same credit card that was supplied at sign-up, unless you
notify us otherwise.
All program orders submitted by or on the 10th of every month, the order will be processed on the 15th of the month. Your subsequent
orders will be automatically processed on and your credit card (previously supplied) charged on a recurring basis on the 15th of every
month. Orders will be processed once a month, unless our processing department is closed that day. If our processing department is
closed, then your order will be processed - and your credit card (previously supplied) charged - on the next day that the processing
department is open. You acknowledge and agree that Forever Living Products (M) Sdn Bhd will not obtain any additional authorization
from you for these recurring payments.
If there are problems with payment, your shipping address or other account information, we will contact you via e-mail using the email
address associated with your account. We reserve the right not to process or ship any further orders until the problem has been
resolved.
Your enrollment in the Program may be immediately terminated without notice if the credit card(s) to which product purchases have
been charged is expired, canceled, declined or otherwise terminated.
You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to process or ship any products unless full payment is received.
4. “Processing Date,” Processing & Shipment
Your “Processing Date” for all future Program orders is the same day which is 15th of the month. Processing Date is the day that your
order will be processed and your credit card (previously supplied) charged, unless our processing department is closed.
In the event that your Processing Date in any given month falls on a day when our processing department is closed, your order will not be
processed until the following working day.
Program orders will be shipped via our standard shipping charges method. Please allow between 3-10 days for delivery. We do not
guarantee delivery dates and we accept no liability in this respect.

5. Automatic Renewal
Your Program subscription will automatically create a new order 15th of every month unless and until you cancel your subscription or
your desired chosen number process months completed.
You may cancel your Program subscription by calling our customer care service at (03)-9282 0033 or sending an email
to [email protected]. You may also cancel your Program subscription on the Program management screen, which can be
accessed on the “Autoship” page and un-check the “Set Active” field.
You may cancel your Program subscription at any time. However, if you cancel your program subscription after 11:59 PM on the 10th of
the month, then such cancellation will not take effect until the next scheduled order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or terminate your subscription to the Program at our discretion. In such event, you will only
be charged for orders that have already been shipped to you.
6. Modification of Orders
You may modify your future orders (including quantity, products, credit card information, and your shipping address) at any time on the
Program management screen, which can be accessed on the “Autoship” page. Modifications made after 11:59 PM on the 10th of the
month will not take effect until the next delivery cycle.
7. Notifications
All email notifications will be sent to the email address identified with your account.
8. Product Information
You may order any products available in the list. Available products are subject to change.
If your selected product is discontinued or no longer available, we will automatically pause your order for that item, and will notify you by
email.
If an order is not available on the day it is scheduled to be processed, we will let you know via email.

9. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time for any reason.
10. Changes to These Terms
Forever Living Products (M) Sdn Bhd may, in its sole discretion, revise and update these Terms and will post such changes on this page. Such
changes will apply within 7 days of posting. Therefore, you should review these Terms regularly for any changes. YOUR CONTINUED
PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU
SHOULD CANCEL YOUR PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTION.
11. Notifications
Shipping rates are based on the total tax invoice amount.
