The process
Following the initial client meeting, we develop a comprehensive marketing approach for
the project, incorporating all aspects of the proposed campaign, including responsibilities
of the involved parties (meetings, revisions, launch dates, project pieces and completion,
etc.). This is a working document for the whole team and is adjusted as the project pro-
gresses and generally covers a period of three to six months. The client is kept up-to-date
on all campaign progress and remains an integral part of the marketing process.
The Team
Our in-house staff of designers and programmers utilize skills in all forms of strate-
gic marketing, including branded campaign designs, social media, web sites, tablet and
mobile programming, video, photography, eBlast campaigns, copy writing, advertising/
PR, printing, production and project management. This guarantees a quick and cohesive
marketing product tailored to each individual project. Our experience and close work-
ing relationship with brokers, owners and tenants, as well as developers and architects,
provides us with invaluable insight needed to create and execute a winning strategic
