Rate Reviews

If you have been with us in past years you
know we typically review our rates in
August and any changes are put into
place September 1. We have decided
that going forward we will be reviewing
rates in December and any rate increase
will be effective January 1, 2018. This will
enable families who use flexible spending
accounts to plan more easily and will align
with our center fiscal year.

What I appreciate most from our last two day care centers is how clean you keep everything! You have just the right amount of toys and things always feel calm
when I drop my kids off. Other day cares have felt very chaotic like there was no structure. We love it here!

These events are always so well thought out and fun for families. We look forward to them very much

This is all well balanced. We don't get overloaded - it's just the right amount. The same with Facebook - I actually read the articles because the posts are not
overwhelming or too few .

The big tree scares me. Kids should not be playing underneath on windy days for safety. (on days with wind advisories, or any day an exceptional wind blows in
we use the gym, the arborist checks and maintains the tree at least yearly)

Any time anything has come up (which is rare) it's handled immediately!

I'm very satisfied. I think Jen has done a wonderful job.

Satisfied - I was very, very impressed with the very quick response and follow through after a "bullying" incident that occurred

Very satisfied! Jen is very helpful and prompt in her responses.

I wish there was an option for 2.5 year old who aren't potty trained, like PCP and Bethany. (This option is currently being explored)

Vacuum rugs daily. Some mornings the rug they sit on looks filthy. (This is scheduled to be done each evening after close, this comment has been passed on to
our janitorial service)

I wish you provided lunch. But I understand why you don't. (Our kitchen facilities do not meet standards for commercial food preparation, if enough families ex-
press interest we could look into meal delivery options, of course this would be an additional expense for families).

More pictures or a webcam would be awesome (classes will be adding Facebook pages this fall which will give families more photos and insight into daily
