experience of working on large scale projects on apprenticeships
apprenticeships. We do believe in learning and growing
through experiences under supervision.

Our Team has an experience of working From
Design firm to an Corporate Construction. This
knowledge and experience on Large scale project and
team handling is a valued addition to our strength of
working on scale projects and service coordination

Our Vision is to collaboratively work on the
large scale projects , potentially delivering our young and
energetic thoughts to the design. So far in our
apprenticeships we have delivered our potential input in
some prominent structures and architecture marvels. Our
vision is to extend this working on large scale corporate
projects, Collaborative work spaces, Healthcare &
Leisure project rendering all concerned design services
with quality and end user satisfaction.

Agra Hotel

The main hotel building is built on a grid pattern
which is economically viable and functionally
feasible. All other outside built elements are
constructed in an abstract/informal manner to
create a natural environment. Thus creating a
counter effect on the form of hotel building. The
plain façade of the building with rectangular
glass windows simply defines the modern style
of architecture. Inside, Corridor with double
sided rooms to both left and right of the building
with lifts and staircase at the center and service
lifts at both extreme ends, serves the purpose.

Agra Hotel

The reception lobby is of triple height which gives a welcoming entrance with folded roof which increase the
curiosity of the visitors. The roof of bar is specifically designed- just the inverted form of sloping roof, forming
valley at the center and ridges at the ends with reflecting glass panels at both ends. The built form is seems to be
blended with landscape and banquet lawns. Main elements are- spa, gym, banquet halls, banquet lawns, rooftop
club and swimming pool, roof top restaurant, terrace restaurant, bar/cafeteria, rotary with sculpture and podium
parking. The hotel building hosts 72 rooms in 4 respective floors, i.e. 18 per floor, 9 on the front side and 9 on the
rear side. At all, it serves it purpose in an economical yet functional and comfortable way.

Building

The proposal was to build a
Income tax department
office , representing the
iconic and strength . The
bold and solid mass
represent the character of
the department. The canvas
so created has characteristic
elements.

Income Tax Department Building

The courtyard so created has been covered with the rhythmic tensile
roof , the protruding taper void brings out the monotonous façade .
Design proposal was done with all the preliminary estimate and
calculations for services load.

IT Park

With an attempt to create a
workplace and landmark for IT
industry, we tried fusing the curves
with bold linear geometry . The solid
shapes gives the working space and to
break up the monotonous solid
geometry , fluidity and curved
surfaced structure has been introduced
at the entrance to visually appeal and
welcome the employees. The design
was in consideration with the green
rating system followed in india.

building as the representation of
democratic establishment of newly
formed state. The design was to ease
the construction and modulate the
design element to finish up the
construction in framed constraint
time period. The design is a blend of
pattern , rhythm & repetition. The

around.

Trust

The design proposal was
for MANSAS Trust , coming up with
700 bedded hospital and medical
College in Viziangaram, Andhra
Pradesh. The Scope was to develop
space and design for Hospital
building with all other allied service
building. The design was proposed in
3 Phase with initial setting up OPD
and Medical College , then 300 bed
and later 400 bed can be extended.
