ARE IN ORDER AND WILL BE FULLY VALID THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE VOYAGE AND COMPLETION

20. THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THIS CHARTER-PARTY, OWNERS SHALL GRANTEE THAT
VESSELS CGO GEARS ARE ALL IN GOOD WORKING AND ALL CAN WORK AT THE SAME TIME
SIMULTANEOUSLY AND FOR CHARTERS FREE USE. GRABS IF ANY USED AT LOADPORT OR
DISPORT TO BE FOR CHRTS TIME AND COST.
LAYTIME AFFECTED BY DEFICIENCY, POOR PERFORMANCE AND/OR BREAKDOWN OF VESSEL'S
GEARS, WINCHES AND/OR MOTIVE POWER LAYTIME SHALL BE COUNTED PRO RATA TO THE
NUMBER OF GEARS AFFECTED EVEN IF VSL IN DEMURRAGE.
21. ANY TAXES/DUES/WHARFAGE ON CARGO AT BOTH LOADING AND DISCHG PORTS TO BE FOR

24. STEVEDORE DAMAGE
STEVEDORE DAMAGE IF ANY AT LOAD /DUCHARGE PORT IS TO BE SETTLED DOWN BETWEEN
STEVEDORE AND OWNERS DIRECTLY. NOTICE OF SUCH DAMAGE SHALL BE GIVEN BY MASTER
WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OCCURRENCE OF DAMAGE OR LATEST PRIOR SAILING OF THE VESSEL
CHRTRS SHALL RENDER DUE ASSISTANCE TO HELP ACHIEVE AMICABLE SETTLEMENT OF SUCH
CLAIM. IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE W.R.T STEVEDORE DAMAGE (I.E.CAUSE OF DAMAGE OR EXTENT
OF DAMAGE) EACH PARTY (STEVEDORE/CHARTEREROWNERS) SHALL APPOINT THEIR SURVEYOR
TO CARRYOUT JOINT SURVEY. MAJORITY FiNDING OF SURVEY SHALL BE BINDING ON ALL
