These are exciting times at Skeeter. While we are proud of the fact that

many of our products have become industry standards, that’s not enough for us.
We’re always driven to create a better fishing experience. This means constantly
innovating, refining, and improving on the foundation we’ve built since 1948. It
means new designs, new materials, and, ultimately, new ways to make each day
on the water the best you’ve ever had.

Let me briefly touch on two examples of our most recent innovations. The all
new FXR series is one of our biggest stories this year. We engineered it from the
ground up in hopes of creating a boat that will change the way anglers fish and
make their time on the water even more productive.

The other big news is the latest addition to our SX family, the SX2550. With two
options available, the SX2550 Fish and the SX2550 Family, this is not only the
largest bay boat we manufacture, but also one of the most diverse. We loaded
both options with features, and left plenty of room for customization.

In 2019, we were also honored to be included in the 2019 Progressive® Insurance
Minneapolis Boat Show® Innovation Awards for the introduction of our WX2200,
the biggest Deep-V we’ve ever produced.

The boats in the 2020 catalog represent more than 70 years of experience,
knowledge, and innovation. With more than 300 employees committed to reaching
