Eventing is a test of athleticism, stamina and precision; the
variation in discipline and unpredictable nature of the sport
make for superb viewing for both the equestrian enthusiast,
and the untrained eye.

CROSS COUNTRY –

Horse and rider tackle up
to 36 obstacles over what
can be a four mile-long

SHOW JUMPING –

A tense climax to
three days of
competition; a set
combination of
obstacles are
jumped in a test of
judgment, speed
and accuracy.

Eventing sport and lifestyle has long been a part of British
culture, with events like Badminton, Burghley and Bramham
Horse Trials being amongst the biggest of all the UK’s sporting
events.

ABOUT BRAMHAM

HISTORY

The Horse Trials take place every June at Bramham
Park, the ancestral home of the Lane Fox family for
over three centuries. Bramham International Horse
Trials is one of the world’s leading and longest running
three day events.

WORLD CLASS COMPETITION

Every year the world’s most successful and talented
competitors are attracted to Bramham. Bramham

International Horse Trials plays host to the national
Under 25 CCI3* Championships, as well as Senior CCI3*

and CIC3* competitions, and is regularly used as a
selection event for the European and

World Championships, and The Olympics.

OUR AUDIENCE

Bramham International Horse Trials attracts an
audience of around 55,000 visitors every year, and
even more follow through the media. Our visitors
are predominantly from the ABC1 consumer group.

All of our packages are bespoke and put together on an
individual basis, dependent upon your budget and needs

FENCE SPONSORSHIP

Fence sponsorship is a useful and effective way to
get your company’s name and information to over
55,000 people who visit the event over the four

days of competition. We find that many of our
fence sponsors return year after year as they have

found that their investment is truly worthwhile.

FEATURE FENCE

- These fences may only be used for the CCI3* or CIC 3* cross

country course only, although a few will be used for both
competitions

FENCE SPONSORSHIP – INCLUDES

PRE-EVENT

Both the Feature and Standard Fence Sponsorship packages
include the following pre-event features:

- Your company logo on the Equi-Trek Bramham
International Horse Trials website, together with your
company information (approximately 75 words)

- A link from the Bramham website to your website

ON-EVENT (benefits vary depending on level of sponsorship)

- Sponsorship of your chosen cross country fence

- The name of your company reflected in the name of the
cross country fence

- Space for advertising boards at your sponsored cross country
fence

- Space for an advertising board in the Equi-Trek Arena and
the TopSpec Arena

- Regular mention of your company name and information
over the event commentary system

- The option of having a private hospitality marquee close to
your sponsored cross country fence (subject to location);
the cost of this would be in addition to the sponsorship
package

- Sponsor’s tickets and badges (valid for all four days) with
access to the Member’s areas for formal or informal dining
during the entire event (food and refreshments not
included)

- Sponsor’s car passes (valid for all four days)

- Two invitations to the Bramham Course Walk (with a leading
event rider) and supper held on Tuesday 6th June 2017

- Two invitations to the popular Riders and Owners Cocktail
Party on Thursday 8th June 2017

- A half page colour advert in the official event programme

Feature Fence Sponsorship packages start at £3,500 plus VAT,
whilst Standard Fence Sponsorship packages start at £2,500 plus

VAT. Please get in touch with us to discuss your individual

SUPPORTING SPONSORSHIP

We welcome any sponsorship enquiry, and we work very
closely with our sponsors to ensure that they receive the

maximum possible benefit from their presence at the
Equi-Trek Bramham International Horse Trials.

To that end, we are open to suggestions to sponsor
almost anything at the event – whether it be the car
parks, the arenas, the secretary’s tent – or even the loos!

All of our sponsorship packages are bespoke.

Depending upon the level of sponsorship, an appropriate

passes will be made available. Your package also includes:

- Invitations to our popular Riders and Owners Cocktail
Party, held on Thursday 8th June 2017, offering you the
chance to mix with other sponsors, riders and owners.

- Invitations to the Bramham Course Walk and Supper held
on Tuesday 6th June 2017. You and your guest will be
guided around the course by an experienced event rider
who is competing at the event. The evening is concluded
with a fantastic supper inside Bramham House.

- A private marquee situated adjacent to the cross country
course for client hospitality (additional cost).
