Promac Paints is an independent manufacturer and marketer of decorative and industrial
coatings, as well as a range of cleaners, primers and sealers. We have achieved our position as a

We market our product range on a national and international basis. Our headquarters are located
in Gauteng, South Africa and we supply our customers from four conveniently located depots in
Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. Promac Paints products are also manufactured
in Namibia under license by Coral Coatings (Pty) Ltd.

The Promac Paints Blue Seal of Quality will guarantee the sustainability and maintenance of
your buildings. In addition to offering our clients cost-saving painting solutions and certified
applicators, we add further value by partnering and collaborating with either the architect, asset
owner, developer or manufacturer.


Although the guarantee concept is well known and required in the industry, preventative and
scheduled maintenance is a pre-requisite to keeping your buildings looking pristine. Promac

Paints Blue Seal of Sustainability incorporates preventative and scheduled maintenance
programmes as a value-added solution, with benefits that provide significant advantages over
the traditional ad-hoc systems that are currently prevalent.

COLOUR MATCHING & SPECTROPHOTOMETER TECHNOLOGY
We are aligned with the Natural Colour System (NCS) – an international colours order system
that is used in design, architecture, research, marketing and manufacturing for selection on
specification, communication and for colour control.

SPECIFICATIONS
We offer a turnkey project-specific specification to both the approved applicator and asset owner
utilising high-end preparation, application and finishing products that are supported by our Blue
Seal Project Guarantee.

3RD PARTY QUALITY ASSURANCE
Third parties will inspect and control the quality of products, workmanship and applications done
on site, prior to obtaining the Blue Seal Project Guarantee.




PROJECT AND PRODUCT GUARANTEES
Promac issues a project guarantee for the products used on specific projects and substrates.
Approved applicators guarantee their surface preparation and application workmanship. The
asset owner will be issued with a project guarantee for the paint system via third party quality
assurance and inspections.




MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY
After the site is handed over a paint passport, with valid info of site completion and hand over, will
be issued including suggested maintenance cycles and a service history.

APPROVED APPLICATORS
The pool of approved contractors is limited to those who are able to supply guaranteed qualified
contractors who can perform guaranteed work within larger project environments. Promac Paints
has set up service level agreements with these contractors to ensure the highest level of
workmanship on each and every project.




PROMAC TRAINING ACADEMY
All approved applicators undergo theoretical and practical training both on and off site. This
ensures the highest level of skilled workmanship and training and compiles the Promac Blue Seal
Guarantee.




PRODUCT QUALITY BANDS
Products are categorised in relative quality bands: blue, silver, gold and platinum.
