TSL Design Atlanta Standard Bridal ShowerContract

This document serves as a binding contract between Karen Davis hereafter known as “Client” and TSL Design
Atlanta. TSL Design Atlanta will decorate client’s event Bridal shower on Thursday, the 12th day of October in
the year of 2017 at Event start time 4:00pm and Event end time 7:00pm.

TSL Design Atlanta reserves the right to cancel the contract if event such as fire, natural disasters, tragedy, or
other emergencies beyond our control prevent us from performing our obligation

1. DECORATING SESSION ORDER:

This signed contract represents an order for TSL Design Atlanta to provide decorating only services to Client. There are
no oral or other agreements and this contract constitutes full and complete understanding between the Client and TSL
Design Atlanta.

2. DECORATING FEES:

The decorating fee is based upon the number of guest anticipated, the type of services desired and decorating materials.
If the total number of guest increases it is the client’s responsibility to inform TSL Design Atlanta, and fees may apply.
The client is responsible for paying all fees associated with renting items from outside vendors, purchased items not
included in TSL Design Atlanta‘s inventory. Additionally the Client is responsible for paying for all food.

3. DECORATING ARRANGEMENTS

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate with the venue (Hall, hotel, etc.) number of items need for decorating
such as: tables, chairs, and other specifics.

• Table Linen
• Chair Covers
• Sashes
• Centerpieces
• Chargers
• Decorated Cake Table
• Decorated Welcome Table
• Decorated Gift Table
• Delivery, Set-Up, and Breakdown

6. Color Palette and Theme

The client has selected the following colors: black, white, pink, and gold. The client has selected a Paris theme.

7. DAMAGE TO TSL Design Atlanta RENTAL ITEMS:

Client will be responsible to any or all damages made to TSL Design Atlanta property including but not limited to table
Linen, Chair Covers, Centerpieces, decorated Welcome Table Items, etc. TSL Design Atlanta will set up the decorations
and leave. Once decorations have been set up, all equipment brought in and set up will be under client’s liability. All
damages and/ or missing property will be charged at full replacement cost.

8. CANCELLATION:

If client cancels Event 72 hours or more prior to Event date due to unforeseen circumstances and/or illness, TSL Design
Atlanta will refund 50% of payments made excluding non-refundable deposit. If Event is cancelled less than 72 hours of
Event date, client forfeits all payments.

9. Payment Schedule

TSL Design will provide the services mentioned in paragraph 5 for a fee of $400.00. Client has paid a non-refundable
deposit of $200.00 on date August 11th 2017. Client will pay the remaining balance of $200.00 on date October 9th
2017.

10. General Agreement
Any modifications to this agreement must be provided in writing and signed by both parties

I, client, agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. I, client, understand all the obligations listed in this
agreement as well as in the Terms and Agreement, and agree to abide by them. A confirmation of agreement snet
via email holds same weight as my signature on contract.
