I am passionate about helping
students, like your child, learn. By

offering one-on-one tutoring it
ensures your child and/or teenager
receives individualized attention in

better understanding Math and
Reading concepts. Using methods
that appeal to their way of learning
and understanding allows them to
grasp how and when to apply these

concepts.
I get them involved, asking questions

as to why they select their answer
and how they came to their

conclusions. These methods build
self-confidence,stimulate analytical
thinking and improve grades. I am a

member and hold a bachelors

Q: What type of methods does your
Reading/English Tutors Use?
A: We achieve improvement by using a
combination of the Orton-Gillingham method
as well as phonetic awareness and Reading
Comprehension
Q: What type of methods does your Math
Tutors use?
A: We achieve improvement by using a
combination of Process Principles, Common
Standards and Student Engagement
Q: Where are tutoring sessions held?
A: All tutoring sessions are held at public
libraries,various fast food locations, coffee
houses, and/or bookstores (i.e Barnes &
Noble, Borders)
Q: How often are the sessions?
A: A minimum of one session per week

Q: Do you do an assessment?
A: Yes. The assessment will help
determine strengths and opportunities
as well as learning methods that will
be used during future sessions
Q: How long are the tutoring
sessions?
A: A miniumum of 60 mintues for
general sessions and 2 hours for test
preparation sessions
Q: What do I need to bring to the
tutoring sessions?
A: The student needs to bring paper
and pencil, homework assignments,
calculator, Study guide, text books or
workbook unless otherwise notified

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: A 24 hour notification is required if you
need to cancel a tutoring session
Q: Does the parent have to stay during the
session?
A: No. The parent does not have to stay during
the session but must be prompt in picking
up the student (additional fees will be charged
for late pick-ups)
Q:Is online tutoring available?
A: Yes. For your convenience your child can
receive tutoring wherever they are
Q: How much do sessions cost?
A: The price varies with topic and grade level
Q: What form of payment is accepted
A: Credit/Debit card, cash, and cash app
Q" When is payment due?
A: Prior to session
