IAAYB Standard Contract

This document serves as a binding contract between Regina Arnao hereafter known as “Client” and Its All
About You Birthdays, hereafter known as “IAAYB”. IAAYB will decorate and host client’s event Swwet 16th
Birthday Celebration Party on Saturday, the 09th day of December in the year of 2017 at time 07:00pm
– 11:00pm located at Barnes Mill Subdivision Clubouse.

*NOTE: Unless a custom IAAYB Keepsake has been purchased all décor is property of IAAYB

IAAYB reserves the right to cancel the contract if event such as fire, natural disasters, tragedy, or other
emergencies beyond our control prevent us from performing our obligation. If the Event is cancelled
IAAYB will reschedule at an agreed upon time with the client. If a an agreed upon time is not possible a
refund will be issued. Refund is based on planner fees, already purchased items and/or if additional
vendors have been pain in full up to this date. Again, this is in the event of a natural disaster, tragedy or
emergency beyond IAAYB’s control…our number one goal is to provide a phenomenal Event.

Cancellation

If client cancels Event 72 hours or more prior to Event date due to unforeseen circumstances and/or illness, IAAYB
will refund 50% of payments made excluding non-refundable deposit. If Event is cancelled less than 72 hours of
Event date, client forfeits all payments.

Payment Schedule $500.00 Due Date: September 11, 2017
Non-refundable deposit paid $833.00 Due Date: October 09, 2017
1st payment of remaining balance $833.00 Due Date: October 30, 2017
2nd payment of remaining balance $834.00 Due Date: November 20, 2017
Final payment

Final Head Count

Final headcount is due 14 days prior to Event date. All party table décor, activities, setting, and food will be
prepared to accommodate final headcount. If additional guest attend unfortunately they may not get to
experience the complete party activities (craft) and food. If less guest attend than expected, the cost of your Event
will remain the same as the final headcount charge.

Date Changes
If client request date change for Event up to 3 days after booking Event, IAAYB will do their best to accommodate
client by rescheduling the Event at a mutually agreed up date and time (with no additional expenses incurred).
Change of Event date are not allowed after 3 days of booking (50% of payment excluding deposit is refundable).

IAAYB Allotted Parking Space(s) For Set Up and Breakdown of Event
Client will provide parking space(s) for IAAYB staff and preferred vendors to load and unload equipment, décor,
and food. The space(s) client provides will be in close proximity to Event location.

Client Held Responsible For Actions Of Guest
Client will be held responsible for any damages or repair to Décor, Centerpieces, Chair Covers, High Boy Tables,
Uplighting, Red Carpet and rental equipment caused by client’s guest or client.

Clean Up
The party area will be placed back in its original pre-party state. IAAYB staff will not vacuum, take out trash, nor
partake in any strenuous cleaning.

General Agreement
Any modifications to this agreement must be provided in writing and signed by both parties

Agreement
I, client, agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. I, client, understand all the obligations listed in this
agreement as well as in the Terms and Agreement found on IAAYB website, and agree to abide by them. I agree
that photos of this Event may be used in IAAYB’s newsletters, marketing, and/or IAAYB’s Social Media. I agree to
send email confirmation receipt of contract and thereby certify acceptance of this binding contract with Its All
About You Birthdays.
