 Each session will include review of concepts, key clues, formulas and
how to set up problems and solve problems
 Each Math session will include a Math Test and review
 Each session will review and analyze answer choices on class quiz
 Each session will review any questions and/or concerns regarding daily
homework quizzes
 Session results will be compared to your goal as well as milestone
results
 Any adjustments to strategies and milestone goals will be reviewed

Expectations
 Student will attend sessions on time
 Student will come prepared to learn
 Student will ask questions if he/she does not understand
 Student will take notes during session
 Student will complete daily 30 minute-1hour homework and forward answer
analysis daily
 Student will bring previous test results to initial session (if applicable)

Late and Cancellation Policy
 Please notify us at least two hours in advance if you are going to be late
 Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
 Please call 404-939-3806 for notifications
 Failure to notify us will result in a fee of $20

Notification of Scheduled Sessions
 You will receive email notification one day reminder prior to scheduled
session
 You will receive text notification 2 hours prior to scheduled session

Payment Policy
 All payments are due prior to the session
 ‘Cash App, Google Pay, Cash, Credit, and Debit are the only forms of
acceptable payment
 Credit and Debit Card payments can be made by:
o Calling our secured credit card system at 404-939-3806
o Submitting payment at session,
o Completing Invoice Payment Form sent the day prior to session
o Completing Cash App, cash, or Google Pay at start of session
 Your payment for each session is $90.00 (2-hour online session)

Follow-Up
You will receive an analysis of your strengths and areas of opportunity after each
session. Additionally, you will receive recommendation(s) to help you score better on
the test as well as 1hr daily practice test.

TEAS Score Information

What does Your Score Mean to the Nursing Adjusted Individual Score:
Schools?

There is no minimum or passing score for the Adjusted Individual Score is the
TEAS. Each nursing program has its own cut- percentage score, calculated by
off score which an applicant's score needs to dividing the number of questions
meet, in order to be eligible to apply for that answered correctly by the total
nursing program. Therefore, you must aim well number of questions for each of
above the cut-off score, set by your nursing the subject areas and sub-
college, to get into the nursing program of your areas.:

 Means (National and Program): Your percentage scores are compared to those of
students who have taken the test in the country as well as students who have appeared for
the test under your program type; Associate Degree in Nursing, for example and listed as
the Means score.

 Percentile Rank (National and Program): The Percentile Rank indicates your position in
comparison with others who have taken the test. For example, if your score is 40, it means
that your score is better than that of 40% of test takers.

 Adjusted Individual Score (Bar Graph): This is a graphical presentation of your scores
which represents the subject areas that you are good at and those in which you need
improvement. This can be useful if you are planning to take a re-test.
