This document serves as a binding quote between Hooters Corporate Marietta Office hereafter known as “Client” and Its
All About You Birthdays and Events hereafter known as “Planner”. For servicing only of Event held on September 26,

2) Compensation for Services

The client agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $500.00 to retain Its All About You Birthdays and Events for y
services rendered . The retainer fee guarantees services of Its All About You Birthdays and Events for specified
Event. The total quote cost of planner providing “Servicing Only” is $2,625.00 (which includes the non-
refundable deposit).

3) Date Changes

In the event client is forced to change event date every effort will be made by planner to retain same event
items and activities listed in paragraph 1. However, client agrees in the event of date change any expenses
including but not limited to deposits and fees, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable are the sole
responsibility of the client. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth in
paragraph 1 above.
