your Man! Ben first developed a passion for Colorado traveling the state as a land surveyor for over a
decade. During that time as a project manager he worked with some of the most successful
engineering companies in the Colorado. Clients were Residential & Commercial Land Developers,
Custom Home Builders and Local Municipalities. Boundary Analysis was his passion, and this
required an intimate knowledge of physical evidence in the field, chain of title and records research.
His love of the land has always led to the exploration and climbing of mountains in Colorado and
other states. For Ben, climbing up an 18,000-foot peak is not un-like buying or selling real estate. You
set a goal and you diligently make plans to accomplish your goal. But, you must also be prepared for
unexpected events and have contingencies in place. The skills needed for both the real estate
business and mountain climbing are interchangeable. Logistics planning, stress mitigation, deadline
management, problem solving, crisis management, endurance, and high-performance under pressure
are all things one needs on a quest to the summit of a mountain. They are also skills that Ben
implements to provide his clients with complete customer satisfaction. Communication is also very important to Ben
and the key to any real estate transaction. Direct communication, no matter what the situation, is something Ben values
the most.

Thiswasa great school to attend. The teacherswere amazing and we used a lot of technology to learn. The school had great art, music, and physical education
programsaswell asa great campusto learn on. We also had a huge library that we used a lot.

I have one daughter in the middle school now who started in Kindergarten. She'sliked almost all of her teachers. I've been impressed with the quality and
experience of the teachers. I've also been impressed with how fast they deal with problem kids. I send my daughter there to learn, not to be bothered by someone
else'skid who doesn't know how to behave. The one con isthe cafeteria food- they had a salad bar for two yearsbut now it'sjust disgusting food.

BCK8 teacher lying about my child and school refused to do anything about it My Kindergartener'steacher hasbeen caught in several provable liesabout my
son'sbehavior. Two psychologist believe that my son needsto be removed from hisclassroom and the school refusesto move him because "the classesare at
ratio and if they move kid, the will have to move other kids". BCK8 iscondoning mental abuse of my child because it would too inconvenient for them to change
classrooms. Do NOT send your children to BCK8!!!!!

I like the community of teachersand how the majority of them care for their kids. I'd like to see the administration do a better job at communicating with parents
and teachersbecause I know a far number of parentsand teachersthat feel they aren't being heard or don't matter.

I spent all four yearsof high school in the hallwaysof Bear Creekhigh school, and I walked away thankful for nearly every moment. The teacherswere so
supportive and friendly, alwayslending a helping hand. The school also promoted a safe and inclusive environment. In regardsto classes, there were lotsof
different classesto take with varying degreesof difficulty. Asa musician, I also enjoyed the amazing talent and dedication towardsthe instrumental, choral, and
theatrical arts. While Bear Creekrarely won sporting events, attendance wasstill high because the Bear Creekspirit and pride ran deep in most students. All in all,
Bear Creekhigh school wasa safe yet fun environment in which to begin exploring the outside world of sports, arts, careers, and passions.

Overall, based on my experiencesof interacting with studentsfrom other high schools, I thinkBear Creekisfairly average. There were great opportunitiesfor
college credit from a wide variety of classesand other programs, which I tookadvantage of. In particular, Bear Creekexcelled in offering college mathematics
coursesand technical education programsthrough concurrent enrollment. However, overall student well-being wasnot very good. I doubt that thiswas
particularly the fault of the school itself, because the school wasrequired to conform to certain district and state requirements, and because we asstudentsare
subject to other pressuresand difficulties. Graduation requirementswere good because they met standardized metrics, but bad because they were limiting for
certain areasof interest. When I tookinitiative to improve my own academic experience by seeking out opportunities, the staff were excellent to workwith, and
helped me to achieve my ambitions.

I really enjoy the numeroussportsand activitiesBear Creekoffers! In addition, Bear Creekisa pretty accepting environment and I feel safe there. However, I feel
like there are some teacherswho don't respect studentsand see themselvesassuperior people rather than mentorswho know more and want to see students
thrive. I do have lotsof friendsat Bear Creek, and I participate in a lot of sportsso I'm pretty happy! I do wish that homeworkwasa little lighter however.

Diverse environment and offersmany activitiesand resourcesfor studentsto become successful. The AP coursesare well rounded, and they offer many honors/AP
classes. The safety of the school hasdecreased over the years, but there wasnot a day where I wasworried while going to, being at, or leaving the school. There
are many teacherswho are passionate and care about their students. But I have heard many of the teachersthat I enjoyed taking have left but not all of them .
Overall, I enjoyed my time at Bear Creekby getting involved in multiple clubsand sports. Connecting with other studentsand the teachersisvery recommended!
