Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER
OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY
KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOUR
ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
TERMS, CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND OTHER RULES (THE
“OFFICIAL RULES”). BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU (ENTRANT)
SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Sponsor: The Kansas Bankers Association (“KBA”) is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes and is

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals registered for and attending the 2020
KBA CEO Forum at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado, who are at least eighteen
(18) years old. Employees of the Sponsor and its respective affiliates and other related companies,
as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members
of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes
Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions,
which are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or
restricted by law.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00 P.M. MT on August 6, 2020 and ends at 8:00 A.M. MT
on August 8, 2020. (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, fill out a ticket with your full name and give it to
Alex Orel, SVP-Government Relations or Eric Stofer, SVP-CFO, KBA. Entrant may fill out as
many tickets as desired. All entries are weighted the same regardless of submission time as long
as the ticket is submitted within the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, unintelligible or otherwise non-
conforming entries, each of which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit
entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry,
the Sweepstakes Sponsor maintains the right to use their discretion as the final decision. Potential
winners may be required to show proof of identity before the prize is awarded.

Drawing: The prize drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on August
8, 2020, at approximately 8:45 A.M. Mountain Time (MT) in Broadmoor Hall A at the Broadmoor
Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. One winner will be chosen at random from the pool of
eligible entrants to receive the prize. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions
of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. By entering
the Sweepstakes, the entrant is acknowledging their eligibility, as well as waiving their right to
privacy regarding winning the prize. By entering the contest, the entrant is accepting any liability
related to the Sweepstakes, relieving Sponsor of liability. If a potential winner cannot be contacted
within fifteen (15) days after the first attempt to contact him or her, or if he or she is discovered to
be ineligible for the Sweepstakes, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random
from among all eligible entries received.

Prize: One prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to be given at random as described above.
Odds of winning the prize in this Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received
during the Promotion Period.

Prize description: The prize consists of two nights in a standard room at the Broadmoor,
Colorado Springs, Colorado during the 2021 KBA CEO Forum to be held August 5-7, 2021. The
prize winner MUST be registered and attend the 2021 KBA CEO Forum in order to collect the
prize. The prize may only be used between August 3 and August 8, 2021.

The prize includes only the cost of the standard rooms to the Sponsor plus any applicable taxes.
No additional room charges are included. Any upgrade from a standard room shall be at the prize
winner’s own expense. The prize is not transferable to any other person regardless of whether that
person is attending the 2021 KBA CEO Forum. The prize is valued at approximately $1,000.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the
Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures or other factor impairs the integrity or proper
functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant
and Sponsor and their agencies, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with
the laws of the State of Kansas. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or
relating to this Sweepstakes or awarding of the prize, shall be filed in a court in the State of Kansas.
