year we registered for two rallies. The first was Spring Heat in

Every day was a new adventure sightseeing on the Harley.
Every night was a new town and a different hotel.

ride to Henderson H.D. in Henderson, NV. Wide open roads
and highways, a fun day on the bike. It was pleasant riding
through the Mojave Desert in the quiet of morning, watching
the sun on the odd rock formations. The only sound is our
bikes rolling through. Thousands of acres are dedicated to
large solar and wind energy farms. Occasionally we pass a

we entered Red Rock Canyon State Park and immediately
appreciate the many colors on the high peak canyon walls.
Staying the course, we rode to Death Valley. The bright blue
sky over wide-open desert land is stunning. Be prepared,
this is America’s land of extremes. Gas up and have plenty
of water. Elevation is below sea level at the lowest point and
the highest recorded temperature is 134 One time we rode

EXECUTIVE CHOPPERS -
It’s A Family Affair

It all started back in 1971 when Bill
Holland went to work for his brother
Harry Holland and John Harmon in
their motorcycle shop. Their business was
booming after John Harmon had designed
and built a front end that was revolutionary
to the motorcycle world - the world famous
Internally Sprung Girder. Bill worked side by
side with John Harmon, building the front
ends, learning the business of motorcycle
fabrication and began developing his own
creative skills. Bill likes to say that John
taught him everything he knew…he sure
taught him well!

Today Bill Holland is the owner of Executive
Choppers located in Roseville. It is still
the home for the patented and well known
Harmon-Holland Internally Sprung Girder
front ends. Bill has built six of these beauties
for Paul Teutul, Senior’s own personal
collection. Paul is the owner/builder of
Orange County Choppers and star of the
reality television series American Chopper.
Bill exclusively designed and built two custom
choppers with the Harmon-Holland front end
for the Easy Rider Events. The two choppers
went on the US Easy Rider Tour and were
showcased before being raffled off at the
end of the tours. Other builds of Mr. Hollands
have been featured in Easy Rider Magazine.
Recently Bill completed yet another build. T3
Design Studios was honored to image his new
creation for publication. Bill is surrounded and
supported by his beautiful wife Renee and his
two daughters Sierra and McKenna Holland.
Renee and his daughter McKenna showed up
for the TRM NorCal photoshoot and the rest
is history.

CEO of SDI Racing, LLC Photo national series coming to Sacramento on Saturday
night, August 20, 2022. The Sacramento Mile is the 14th
contributed by Gary Hoffman event on the 202218-race AFT national tour.

The world’s premiere flat track motorcycle racers will
make their 57th appearance in the Capitol City which
dates back to 1959 at the historic one-mile dirt track
at the California State Fairgrounds. SDI Racing, LLC,
hosted a first-time AFT doubleheader weekend at Cal
Expo last September after a two-year hiatus due to the
COVID-19 Pandemic.

“We are excited to bring back the Progressive AFT
motorcycle races in 2022 at Cal Expo,” said Steve
DeLorenzi, president and CEO of SDI Racing, LLC.
“Last year, we had many hurdles in promoting the
doubleheader at Cal Expo in a short period of time.
However, we wanted the racing fans to see the incredible
handlebar-to-handlebar motorcycle action of the AFT
national riders. And we produced a safe racing surface
and some of the best racing in the AFT circuit.

“Now, we have had more time working with the AFT
and Cal Expo officials to develop another great event
that has been the Legendary Sacramento Mile for
decades. The Aug. 20 Saturday night program will be
an event that every motorcycle fan will want to witness
once again.”

Progressive AFT SuperTwins national champion Jared
Mees won his fourth consecutive Sacramento Mile event
in September and will lead a strong field back to Cal Expo
on Aug. 20.

The nation’s top flat track motorcycle racers have come
to the Capitol City dating back to 1959 at the historic
one-mile dirt track at the California State Fairgrounds.
SDI Racing, LLC, again serves as the host to the
motorcycle racing series that is known as the ‘Original
Extreme Sport” with speeds up to 140 miles per hour.

The seats at Cal Expo will be available in the Turf
Club (with food service), Box Seats,
Grandstands and General Admission.
Children tickets are also available at
reduced prices.

Tickets for the Legendary Sacramento
Mile can be purchased online at
