Sign industry veteran Patrick Mills established CSS in 2011 to provide outstanding
customer service and professionalism to small-to-mid-size businesses in the
Triangle. Since then, CSS has added resources to serve all 50 states, while
continuing its commitment to local clients. CSS has created signs for major
mergers and acquisitions, while also servicing national clients including MetLife,
Wine & Design, and restaurant chain PDQ & Bojangle’s.

CSS works closely with clients from design selection to installation. The goal is to
ensure that clients are satisfied with every step of the process and to build long-
lasting relationships with clients to help with their signage needs throughout the
