Rekabentuk Skandinavia mewakili falsafah rekabentuk yang dicirikan oleh fungsi, kesederhanaan, dan garis-garis bersih. Ia mempromosikan rekaan dan kualiti yang indah, produk yang mampan yang berpatutan dan mudah diakses oleh semua pengguna. Bahagian dalaman Skandinavia biasanya dicat putih untuk memastikan keseluruhan ruang berasa kohesif, seragam, dan cerah. Gabungan tumbuhan hidup menjadikan ruang lebih segar dan hijau sekaligus memberi persekitaran yang lebih sihat. Pencahayaan merupakan eleman penting bagi menambah impak pada rekaan keseluruhan. Penggunaan perabot yang ringkas dengan ciri-ciri industri menjadikan rekaan FABU Students’ Lounge lebih kontemporari dan produktif bersesuaian dengan imej FABU sebagai sebuah fakulti yang kreatif. 220
