INTRODUCTION ESTABLISHING MY VISION
The journal provides you with insight exercises, opportunity to make 1. The people I view as successful are
notes, record your thoughts and answer questions. It is designed
to provoke thought and encourage deeper insights into timeless, Page 5
universal principles on personal leadership development.
Leadership is standing out of the crowd. Realising you are on this
planet for a specific purpose, leaving the crowd and creating your
own path is leadership. Mahatma Gandhi didn’t follow the crowd. He
set his own original vision and then had courage to stand by it.
We always have choices, as human beings. Each of us has far more
choices than we are aware of. We think we are limited in life that
we have to live and do what we currently do. That’s just more the
language that victims are prone to use. It’s always up to you – how
far along you want to go. Some people never get on the conscious
path and stay asleep an entire lifetime. Leaders are courageous
people who reclaim their authentic power, a power that each of us
has within us.
I hope that your experience with this workbook will be both
empowering and enjoyable. Make this material work for you!

OUR THOUGHTS
We each think about 60,000 thoughts on an average day.
Write down your desires and goals on a piece of paper, this will send a red
flag to your subconscious mind that these thoughts are far more important
than the remaining 59,999 other ones.
Your mind will seek out all opportunities to realize your destiny like a guided
missile. It is really a very scientific process. Most of us are simply not aware
of it.
