Our Beverage Director and in-house Sommelier Lev Zaitsev has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of the beverage industry,
including fine dining, import and export, wholesale and 10 years of yacht supply and provisioning. Our beverage knowledge,
services, and timeliness are unmatched by anyone. We have daily deliveries from Key Biscayne, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West
Palm Beach, with World Wide Shipping.

Yacht Chandlers offers numerous beverage classes to broaden your knowledge base on a vast selection of beverage topics.
All of which are taught by our in house Sommelier Lev Zaitsev. Lev is an Advanced Sommelier and is certified by both the PYA
(Professional Yachting Association) and The GUEST Program. Lessons can be held on-site in our custom build Miele kitchen &
Tasting Room or off-site at your private residence or aboard your yacht.

Yacht Chandlers is the oldest yacht provisioner in the South Florida area, operating continuously for over 21 years, and that

Our Provisions Team is led by a formally trained Executive Chef, who has been creating spectacular food in the yachting industry

We hand-select our suppliers who provide the freshest and finest in gourmet and specialty foods. From organic and specialty
produce and micro greens, to Wagyu and USDA prime beef, veal, lamb, pork, game meats, poultry, and seafood, as well as
gourmet comestibles like foie gras, caviar, smoked salmon, cheeses and everything in-between.

Yacht Chandlers and McMillans Reserve Prime Meats have partnered to offer exclusively to the Yacht
Chandlers clientele. McMillans Reserve is committed to providing only the highest quality in prime beef,
veal and domestic lamb. All beef is perfectly aged hand picked for the richest marbling, finest texture
and deep ruby red color. McMillans Reserve offers all mainstream prime cuts as well as unique specialty
cuts, such as spinalis, bone in tenderloin and ribeye.

Crew Services & Yacht Logistics

Changing to meet the demands of our customers, we’ve created a dedicated crew services division. In order to efficiently receive,
store, handle and ship crew mail, crew can now ship to a dedicated mailboxes within our main warehouse.
Many of the yacht we are working with order goods on a regular basis, which means we are able to consolidate the crew mail
received with orders and ship out with the yachts regular shipments.
Storage: Our expansive 40,000 sq ft warehouse allows for flexible storage options – from short-term to long-term, of tenders,
PWC, spares, and much more. Additional options include climate-controlled and cold storage.
