K2
K2 students are still learning about
transportation this month under the theme,
“How We Organize Ourselves”. They are learning
about the land, water, and air transportation.
They will create the maquette project based on
the theme by using cardboard. They will create a
house, airport, country, and beach in that
maquette.
On April 21, 2021, K2 students celebrated Kartini
Day at school during a Drive-In Learning. They
did so many fun activities at school such as
singing Kartini’s song, putting some make-up on
mommy's face, and creating a medal for
mommy. They wore Kebaya and Batik to school.
From that activity, K2 students knew that Ibu
Kartini is an Indonesian national hero who fought
for girls’ education. They also knew that their
mommies are the heroes for them.
They were so happy to have those activities at
school with mommy. We also look forward to
another wonderful activity in this theme. Well
done, K2 students!
The students will finish school on Friday, the 7th of May 2021, and return
to their learning activities on Monday, the 24th of May 2021.
School will be closed during the 12th-19th of May. Our Marketing,
Administrative, and Financial Offices will be still open on Monday May
10th from 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM, and a half day on the 11th. School
Offices will be back to open on Thursday, the 20th of May 2021.
With new COVID-19 cases increasing, especially after holidays, we
encourage all members of the Sekolah Bogor Raya community to
continue being vigilant about minimizing the risk of COVID-19 through
adherence to the policies and guidelines set forth by the government and
local health officials. Let's continue to work together to keep all of our
families safe.
We would like to wish the Sekolah Bogor Raya Muslim community a very
happy and blessed Idul Fitri. We hope that you and your families can still
celebrate and enjoy this very special time together.

heroine, Raden Ajeng Kartini, who is hailed as
the symbol of women’s empowerment in the
country for promoting gender equity and
women’s rights during the Dutch colonial era.
Most of the schools across the country take
part in celebrating this special moment. We
have already prepared meaningful activities
for our students in acknowledging Kartini Day.
This activity will be different because each
student will be together with their mother as a
team. Here are some activities that are going
to be meaningful for the K3 children.
First, there will be a compiled video from all
K3 students and their mothers. It shows the
lovely photo of K3 students with their mothers
as their loved ones. By looking at each photo,
the students learn the meaning of our national
heroine, Raden Ajeng Kartini, who fights for
women’s rights and the students also learn
how to respect their mothers as their own hero
in the family.
Second, it’s time for the refreshment. It is fun
game time. The students and their mothers will
do a fun “Makeup” game. It is so interesting to
see the chemistry and the bond between
mother and child. Each student does the make-
up of their own mother. This game brings so
much joy to all of us. There's so much laughter
and happiness!

characteristics for the earth accurately. through the 3R. The students shared their thoughts and
ideas which were recorded on our KWL chart.
We have a special guest from grade 6, Kevin
Widyapranata. He shares his experiments that help us to
conserve clean water. With his invention, we would be
able to turn dirty water like rainwater into usable water
that we can use to wash cars and water plants.
We are now exploring the responsibilities of caring for
the environment by reducing the usage of plastics and
energy like electricity. Prep students will also share
collected information and raise awareness of helping to
save our planet by making a short video of their chosen
3R activity. By doing so, we hope to educate, inspire and
empower the children and the audience to do what they
can to protect Earth and the surrounding environment.
As the Prep students are going further into the theme,
they have now realized that taking care of Mother Earth
is a shared responsibility. It is easy for Prep students to
feel small and not know how to help, but they learned
that there are lots of ways for us to take an active role to
help save the planet any time of year. For example,
turning off the faucet when we brush our teeth or
rubbing our hands with soap can help conserve clean
water and turn off the lamp while the sun is still out.
We are looking forward to seeing what other things we
can do to help save the earth!

Meeting the Advertise-Man
On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, the
grade 3 students had a special
program related to the second line
of inquiry “How We Perceive

theme 5 “How We Express
Ourselves”. We met Kakak Timmy.
He is a creative person behind
some famous advertisements. For
almost 10 years, he worked with
national and multinational

promote their products and

The students were excited about
the session because they could

Sustainable Living
through Recycling
Sustainability has become everyone’s interest
nowadays. In fact, we are very creative in
recycling our trash. Who would have thought
that toothbrushes can be a desk? Or paper bags
turn into a wallet? Creative, isn’t it? Well, those
are two examples of Kertabumi Recycling
Center’s recycled products. This social
entrepreneurship develops a sustainable
lifestyle concept through waste recycling to
reduce carbon footprint.
Ikbal Alexander, as the representative of
Kertabumi, explained the reason behind every
effort Kertabumi has made so far. It is the
condition of our waste, which has reached
64.000.000 tons in 2017, this is equal to 580
Borobudur Temples! Besides, not only to the
environment, trash is a threat to living things.
So, what can we do to start a sustainable
lifestyle? Kak Ikbal shared some tips to the
students on how they can start doing small
things to protect the environment, namely
bring water bottles rather than a single used
plastic bottle, bring our goodie bag when
shopping, and start sorting out our household
waste. Through this session, Kertabumi also
showed some creative and useful products from
the trash. For example, recycled paper out of
scrap paper, kite and bags out of plastic bags,
and pencil case out of a plastic bottle.
It had been an interactive discussion since a lot
of critical questions came from the students.
One from Dika asked about the economic value
of the recycled products. Another question
popped up from Alex, asking about the time
when Kak Iqbal and friends started this
movement. Hopefully, this experience helps our
students to enrich their knowledge in this How
The World Works theme.(SN)

STUDENTS MEET THE EXPERTS
What Makes you, YOU?
Self image, or how you see yourself is in fact not always the
reality. For instance, someone with anorexia who is thin might
see themselves as fat. Their mind is making them believe that
they are fat. This is why knowing self image and self concept
becomes very important in someone’s life. Grade 5 students
had a chance to explore self concept and self image in the
theme How We Express Ourselves. We had an expert sharing
session with Bapak Bayu Alzihan, our school counselor, last
Thursday, 22nd April 2021. He began his sharing sessions with
a catchy title for his presentation; “What makes you, YOU?”.
This surely intrigued the students on digging deep about
themselves, on what is actually important that makes them
who they are right now and what people think of them.
Pak Bayu discusses why self image is important. He said, “A
positive self image can boost our physical, mental, social,
emotional and spiritual well-being and on the other hand, a
negative self-image can decrease our satisfaction and ability
to function physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and it
can even drain our spiritual well being.”
He also talks about the necessity to be prepared as the
students get older that they are not just following other
people’s footsteps but to actually have a choice of their own,
based on their interest, passion, value, etc.
Grade 5 gradually understood that our self concept is
important because it influences the way we think, act and
behave in our daily life. We can be positive or negative in
responding to our life and circumstances are all depending on
how we think about ourselves. The idea of having a good self
esteem and what kind of person they want to become in the
future given by Pak Bayu really hits home. Thank you Pak
Bayu for the amazing food for thought and the many
questions to ponder. The students surely learned valuable
lessons about life.

CLASS AT A GLANCE
Grade 1 What we think about our new timetable.
Now, we are nearly at the end of the academic year. The
last transdisciplinary theme is “Sharing the Planet”. It is
our pleasure to share what happens in the classroom, but
before that, we would like to take you back to theme 5
to see how amazing grade 1 students are.
Under the transdisciplinary theme “Where We Are in
Place and Time”, grade 1 students strengthened their
thinking and communication skills by exploring various
types of houses, identifying connections between
houses and environments, and designing their dream
house. Grade 1 students showed amazing work in
transferring their observations about their house into 2D
form by drawing floor plans.
They are not only able to draw floor plans on paper, but
also digitally using Microsoft Paint. Moreover, they are
able to identify the uniqueness of various types of houses
and the reason behind them. They made the conclusion
that nature or environment impacts the shape of the
houses and also the material that we use to build them.
At the end of theme 5, students had a chance to design
their dream house. They were allowed to decide the
shape, size, material, and even the environment that is
suitable for their dream house. By doing this activity,
students sharpened their skills and creativity.
In order to support students with the transition to grade
2 routines, we have started to apply a new timetable for
theme 6. After a week, we had a review about how it was
going. It was so surprising that most students like our
new timetable and think that the new one is better than
the previous one. One of the popular reasons is because
they have more break time than before, while some
others think that they like it because they can see all
their friends all the time. We really hope to discover more

Happy Kartini’s Day
Happy Earth Day
Student: Ibu, you know what? This month is so special.
Teacher: Why did you say that?
Student: Yes, because we celebrate 3 special events.
Ramadan, Kartini’s Day, and Earth Day.
Teacher: Ooh (smile)... That’s why we have to be
thankful for everything.
One morning, this conversation happened and reminded
us to be thankful for everything we get in our life. Warm
regards from the second graders. We have said goodbye
to Theme 5 and welcome Theme 6 happily. Theme 6 is
about Sharing The Planet. Students are going to discuss
and explore more about animals, plants, how they live
and survive.
During Circle Time, grade 2 students did some activities
and celebrated the three events above. They watched a
video that shows them how people in Indonesia
celebrate Ramadan and a short movie about doing
random acts of kindness. The message that they got was
sharing and caring for each other is more meaningful
than having a party in Ramadan. The high value of life is
when we can share ours with others. If we can share our
love with friends, it means we also can love our mother
Earth. The Earth belongs to humans and other living
things.
“We don’t want just to say” means, the students and
teacher commit to doing something even if they are
small things. It is better than just saying it to one
another. The more important thing is what you do as a
learner.
Students enjoyed making their recycled stationary
containers from used plastic bottles and decorated them
creatively. One of their actions was to campaign
#savetheEarth to their surroundings. The boys were
excited with paints and brush, cut and stick, while girls
were busy drawing cute things and coloring them.

Our Special Planet Grade 3
This month is a special month for our earth and also for all
the people who live on this planet. Why? Because this month
we celebrate Earth Day. All the people around the world
celebrate it in their own ways.
Earth is the only planet where we can live. So far, even many
researchers have tried to find other alternative planets for
humans, still cannot replace our planet Earth. Therefore,
nowadays people are starting to realize how important this
planet is for humans to survive.
Journal to save the
Earth
Here, in Sekolah Bogor Raya, we also realize the importance
of our Earth. Therefore we have implemented some actions
in our own ways to care for Earth. One of the actions is by
reducing the use of plastics.
Grade 3 students also want to show how they care about the
environment/earth. During this month, they faithfully fill in
their journal to save the Earth; In that journal, there are
some actions that they follow to take care of the earth. For
example, they note how they save energy, save water, etc.
Every day, they fill in the journal honestly because they know that by doing so, they can show their actions to take care
of the earth. Not only that, during circle time, the teachers also bring some activities or readings that remind the
student’s on ways to save the earth. We do all of this because we care about our lovely planet, Planet Earth. Still
connected to Earth, the students also learn more about Earth, especially how humans adapt to geographical and
climatic conditions. We start it by learning kinds of landforms and bodies of water on this earth. We also had an
opportunity to learn about Climate Change during a sharing session with 2 UPH students, Kak Bagas and Kak Kevin.
During the session they learned the cause of climate change and also the effect on earth.
In Bahasa Indonesia, the students learn how to make a Puisi (poem), they learn kinds of Puisi and how to write one.
Meanwhile, in Math, students start to learn about fractions. They learned how to identify fractions and how to read
and write fractions.

Welcoming Theme 6 and Ramadan month in Grade 4
The Grade 4 students have wrapped up their Theme 5 by doing many eventful activities. We had our first-ever
virtual trip to ANRI Museum in which we explored Indonesia’s history and the road to independence. We also
explored all the statues, monuments, and evidence in the museum that showed how great our Indonesian heroes
were. As the final project, the students created infographics of our national heroes and heroines, which showed
their spirit and contribution to our country’s independence.
Virtual visit to ANRI Museum
In this theme “How We Organize Ourselves”, the students will explore the market system, how a simple economy
works, and finally create their own small businesses in the annual Grade 4 Market Day as a part of their learning
journey. The annual Market Day in Grade 4 is an event that everyone especially Grade 4 students are waiting for as
it was an opportunity to display creativity, ideas, entrepreneurship, and a great collaborative effort between the
students and their parents. The Grade 4 students will also have an expert visit from an entrepreneur whose
business has become successful. It will be a great opportunity to learn about starting a business and listen to all the
experiences.
This April we are welcoming the month of Ramadan with open arms. Some of the Grade 4 students are fasting and
enjoying this Holy Month. The Grade 4 students who are fasting share their Ramadan activities during fasting, such
as helping mom to prepare breakfasting, simple exercises, and even baking cookies. It is a wonderful experience to
spend time with the family during the month of Ramadan.

Moving on to the last theme in Grade 5, the students will learn about
How We Express Ourselves. At this early age, grade 5 students are really
engaged in the learning process, since they are learning about finding
their self-concept through analyzing their strengths, weaknesses,
personality, and character. By reflecting on themselves, hopefully, the
students may find ways to embrace their self-esteem and confidence to
express themselves. Sharing sessions from our beloved counselor, Pak
Bayu, enriches the students with some concepts of self-image and self-
esteem that will shape them throughout the time, in order to be what
they want to in the future.
Storylines of Ramadan month in Grade 5
In one of the sessions to support the tolerance among Mosleem and non-
Mosleem in Grade 5, we created an activity named Serba-Serbi
Ramadhan. In that activity, students may share some exciting and funny
moments they have during Ramadhan. Some of the students said that
Ramadhan is a blessing for them because they have the opportunity to
pray together with their family. Some say they feel grateful to share
“takjil” for less fortunate people. Some of them feel excited because they
get rewards for completing full months of fasting from their parents.
Some share their story of how they adjusted to fasting in the early days,
like how they accidentally drink and taste the food because they forget.
Some non Moslem students share the story of how they feel
embarrassed to accidentally offer some food to the Moslem students
during fasting. There is also a story of a family with multiple religions that
can get along really well with one another. A grandma, who is Christian,
excitedly prepares the food for her grandchildren for their “buka” and
“sahur”. Some non-Moslem students also share their longing for the
Ramadhan moment because they like to watch Moslem people doing
Takbiran with a traditional lantern they used to do before the pandemic.
Above all, the series of stories reflects how we show tolerance and
respect towards each other’s differences.

we have learned how to perceive the world and its problems in the best way that we could.
Another interesting activity was gaining deeper understanding about mindfulness as one of the ways to achieve
well-being. We did our research and practiced mindfulness activities such as mindful breathing, mindful walking,
mindful eating, etc. Being mindful means to simply enjoy everything that we do. Being mindful means being aware
of our thoughts, emotions, and how we're feeling both physically and mentally.
Practicing the mindfulness
By having that kind of self-awareness, by being mindful, Sharing our Road Map to parents
we have learned to be more aware of others’ thoughts as
well, like how people perceive us. It also helps us in
practicing empathy through acceptance. We accept
ourselves, situations around us, and what other people
say about us as a part of the life journey. We ended the
theme by making a Road Map project. This was a moment
where we could reflect back to our past life starting from
grade 4 and what we can do to prepare for the future. It’s
about embracing the past, being here, being present in
this moment, and being ready for the nearest future, as
grade 7 students. This is surely something that we can
bring along on our next steps. We are thankful and
grateful for our own life. There is no other way to show it
than to live it by giving the best version of ourselves.

CHECKPOINT MOCK TEST AND EXAMINATION
" A checkpoint keeps us in check, with the goal that we want
to reach."
Cambridge Checkpoint is an international programme which
provides a diagnostic examination for the students progress
of their ESL, mathematics and science studies. The Grade 8
students will usually take their test at school.
Due to the pandemic, this year,
the Checkpoint examination
was conducted from home. The
test was conducted from the
16th to the 21st of April, with
participants from Grades 8A, 8B,
and 8C.
On each examination day, parents picked up the exam papers from school and returned them
back at the end of the day. At home, the students did their papers under the supervision of the
invigilator through the online conference platform. Way before April, the 8 graders also took the
Mock Test 1 and Mock Test 2 session, which was preparation for taking this examination. Mock
test 1 was conducted in December 2020, where the second one was done at the end of March
2021.
All the candidates managed to join smoothly and were able to follow the regulations set by
Cambridge. We are proud of the candidates, who are all passionate and want to know their
strengths and areas of improvement through this test. Congratulations to all Checkpoint
candidates this year! (D)

A GUIDELINE TO SELF COACHING BY COACH HELDA TAN
Having different problems and challenges in life is not necessarily bad, depending on how we learn and grow from the
situations in our life, whether it is good or bad.
Coaching is a thought provoking conversation between a coach and a coachee intended to achieve personal growth.
From a coaching session, we can get the awareness of what we really want and what kind of action we are able to do
to make our life better.
We can also practise our self coaching skills, by learning to be aware of our problems, recognizing the distorted mind
that we have, the false belief that we kept along the way and re frame them to something that drives us towards
achieving the goals.
There is so much we can do in this pandemic limitation to help ourselves and to help other people to feel empowered,
therefore SBR Secondary School held a Student’s Guide to Self Coaching Seminar on Monday, 15th March 2021
followed by a Teacher's Guide to Self Coaching Seminar on Friday, 26th March 2021 to give attention to the
importance of students and teachers psychological condition and to introduce useful coaching skills as a tool to build
a growth mindset to achieve our purpose in life. (Dw)
CINEMATOGRAPHY CLUB
The cinematography club is a club that aims to help students learn about
cinematography together. The activities we have had include discussing videos,
Kahoots, and watching short movies to discuss. What we have learned so far is
about color palette and camera angles. Our club meets every Thursday from
16:10 to 17:00. Our club supervisor is Mr. Christopher Thompson.
The previous leaders of the club this year were Mireille and Dina from 11DPA.
The secretary was Kelly from 10B. They led the club for 3 terms. For Term 4 we
have new leaders, which are Valerie from 7A and Agna from 7B! The current
secretary is now Dina.
For Term 4, we are currently having a project, titled “The Boring Room
Challenge”. For this project, we need to create a video out of a “”boring room” in
our house, hence the title. It’s an ongoing project for this term. This challenge is
inspired by a video on Youtube, and the rule is that the members can only use
the items they have in their house. Once the members have uploaded their
videos to the Drive folder, we plan to review them together during one of our
meetings. From our overall experience, the cinematography club is fun! It's
exciting to lead the sessions. We look forward to leading for the rest of our
meetings for this Term 4! (Valerie & Agna)

SKETCH CLUB
Art consists of an extensive range of activities to produce visual, auditory, or performing works. Sketching is a
particular type of drawing, which is under the category of visual arts, and involves making a quick drawing to
represent one’s artistic idea.
The Sketch Club, as the name suggests, envisions the definition of
‘sketching’, and provides a platform for secondary school students
to sketch and explore different kinds of sketching. During the lunch
period of each Tuesday, the sketch club members get together to
simply sketch together! Each week, the club explores different
themes for their sketch activities. Sometimes, they go for themes
like cartoons or landscapes to allow the members to dig in deeper
into certain themes of sketching whilst still making use of their
individually distinct drawing styles. Other times, they’d simply go
for free drawing, where the creativity fully runs free, and the
members are able to explore their own styles thoroughly. Members
use solely pencils and erasers, or even pens and digital art tools;
each of them use their own media and method of drawing.
On its surface, the club may seem as just a place where students draw and try different types of sketching. However,
for each member of the club, they may see it differently. One may see it as a club where they have time to grow their
passion for sketching and arts, while others may see it as a club where they get to express themselves through artistic
activities. Art as a whole presents many different purposes, such as expressing imagination, communicating ideas, or
even healing. There’s a much further extent to sketching than how it may seem, and that’s how the sketch club
members get together and visualize the club.
Most recently, the club took upon the theme of real life sketching. During the two sessions taken for this theme, the
members of the club drew real life objects of their choice around them in their own art style. Each member has a
certain amount of passion for arts, and the sketch club sessions are the times for them to relieve themselves from the
academic side of life to explore their artistic potentials with likeminded people. The chit chats of the club add on to
the fun, even for those who are just listening. The sketch club always looks forward to trying new themes, exploring
their art styles, and opening up the creative side of SBR students.

Introduction to Faculty of Dentistry,
Universitas Indonesia
Universitas Indonesia (UI) is one of the best universities in Indonesia,
which offers a range of International Programs. In 2019, another
Undergraduate Program, the Faculty of Dentistry, joined their
International Program.
On March 24th, 2021, grade 10 and 11 students had an Information
Session from the Faculty of Dentistry, represented by the Coordinator
of the International Program herself, drg. Ette Soraya Shahnaz
Tadjoedin, Ph.D.
In her presentation, drg. Ette explained that the International Class
aims to guide students to have international knowledge insights and
can compete internationally with other universities around the world.
Partnering with 3 overseas Dentistry programs: ACTA (the
Netherlands), the University of Newcastle (the United Kingdom, and
the University of Melbourne (Australia), the faculty provides world-
class education and provides more opportunity for its students to be
able to compete in the changing world.
To be admitted into this International Class, students can try to apply
through the Talent Scouting and/or the SIMAK KKI in every admission
year.
Virtual Chess Competition
Chess is one of the most interesting sports because it never repeats itself,
there are never two equal matches, and it never bores you. It is not only
recreational, but also a competitive board game played between two
players.
Sekolah Bogor Raya joined a chess tournament at BPK Penabur Tanjung
Duren, an event which is popularly known as Eternity. Mario Nicholas
Chandra and Shane Michael Santosa participated in this tournament.
The tournament was held on Lichess.org, an open-source internet chess
server run by a non-profit organization of the same name. The tournament
consisted of several rounds. Both SBR players participated in the quarter
final of the tournament. Shane played against a chess player known as
Blesstianputra, while Mario played against BonifassiusgilbertW. It was an
open game and a tough game. Both players demonstrated very tactical
moves. Even though at the end they did not continue to the semifinal, it
was a good experience for them. Learning happens anywhere, even in the
heat of competition. As Adele Rose said in possession, “Sometimes you
need to lose in order to win.” We hope they can continue playing and win
the next competition since neither gold nor diamonds mine themselves.
Keep your spirit high. (AB)

ISBR Students Honored at NTU MUN
Recent MUN Events SKY UMN
March was a busy month for a few of our MUN
members as two events took place: SKYMUN 2021 and
NTUMUN 2021.
Along with the gratifying victories shared by SBR MUN
members, we are particularly proud of some of our
younger students for putting themselves out on a limb
by joining these often intimidating events.
Cheryl Bertine (7A), Yumiko Soegianto (7A), and
Giovanna Santoro (7C) participated in various
committees at the recent SKYMUN 2021 event hosted
by SMA Labschool Kebayoran alongside their
upperclassman Jashan Rohit Kumar (9C) who received
an honorable mention for his participation in the WHO
Committee. Well done, you four. We’re very proud of
you!
In addition to the local SKYMUN 2021, March was also
the month for the prestigious Nanyang Technological
University Model United Nations (NTUMUN). This was
the 15th year the Singapore school has put on this
event. It is well known to be hosted with very high
standards and equally high expectations of diplomacy
from participating candidates. Four of our students,
Keisha Valenna (11A), Chiesa Gospelli (11A), Jashan
(9C), and Felicia Audrey (9C), participated in just as
many committees in the event and we are excited to
note that Felicia Audrey, who has had some very
impressive performances in recent MUN events,
received a verbal commendation for her activity in the
UNEP Committee.
The successes of our students in these most recent
MUN events further prove the benefits of this club’s
activities. Even without the awards and nods, Model
United Nations is continually proving to be a valuable
catalyst for breaking students out of their shells,
equipping them with lifelong skills, and providing
currency for them to excel in their academic futures
and beyond. (CE)

2021 BREXPLOR Branding Competition
The 2021 BREXPLOR Branding Competition was the first online competition for high school and university
students from all over Indonesia who are interested and have a high desire to hone their skills in compiling
branding strategies based on real cases from companies in Indonesia. The series of events was conducted from
27th February - 28th March 2021 by the OWL Club of Universitas Prasetya Mulya.
It was expected that the students would be able to apply their knowledge related to the marketing management
topic in the subject of business management during their enrollment as Diploma Program students to the real-
life simulation, particularly in dealing with the branding strategies for companies.
SBR Secondary sent two teams to compete in the event. Students who participated included: Katarina Jocelyn
C., Chiesa Gospeli, and Keisha V. Kwek for SBR - Team A, and Cheryl Esther L., Deandra Frederica Arifin, and
Nathaniel Chai for SBR -Team B.
Despite the fact that both teams joined the
competition for the very first time, the
achievement of being semi-finalists in the
competition was acquired by SBR Team A. This
was considered to be a great accomplishment
from the students since they are still in their first
year of the IB Diploma Program with the
particular materials of marketing management
and not to mention that they were also competing
with around 90 teams from all over Indonesia in
the competition.
Sustainable participation in such programs or competition in the future is surely anticipated. Besides providing
students the means of implementation of the theories they learn during their study, the competition will also share
the benefit of improving students’ sense of resilience and international-mindedness. (M.A.D.)

great achievement that members of my team have high motto:
regard for what I bring to the table in terms of ideas and “It is not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is:
solutions. I consider myself a solution-driven person and I What are we busy about?”
aspire to solve problems in an efficient and organized
manner. Knowing that the people I work closely with value
that and are on the same page with how they deal with
things makes me believe that there is a great future for me
here at SBR. Another great achievement, and possible the
most important, has been the rapport I’ve built with my
students. I joke around with them quite often about being
their favorite teacher, and even if I’m not, a lot of them
make me believe that it’s true and that’s a really special
feeling.
